Truly awful customer service.
1) Call centre in the Philippines nothing more than a firewall.
2) the 1300 number above is useless as it ports to the same call centre.
3) Send you emails to say they'll suspend your service because it's on a phone that they reckon is only 3G. Oddly when I call them it says 4G.
4) Cannot explain how they came to the conclusion the my particular phone would be effected, nor what if any functionality might be impacted.
5) I asked for a manager but the old "not available now" was rolled out - you'll get a call back in 1 hour. Creates the impression they couldn't manage a chook raffle.
All up just disgusting service.
Next stop the ombudsman.

I tried to register a fault with AMAYSIM after 1 1/2 hours of absolute lies
no progress; apparently only money is important when prioritising faults and complaints as per their policies; the support staff have no technical skills but very happy without them; tried to tell me there must have been an outage every time over a period of weeks I tried to call my poor old sick mother
Not everyone has internet at home we use mobiles but trying to recharge a voucher when it doesn't work then can't call any one to fix it is bullshit because you need data to email or contact amaysim but can't use data because you can't put data on your mobile to chat to amaysim , sorry but fix your system now

I absolutely love amaysim I used to be on $2 a day plan and get 500mg a day. I'm constantly on the net and I watch movies at night on a average I was pay $20-$30 a week on credit.
