Order never arrived. I lost money with them. They refuse to process a refund. Please avoid, this is a scam website.
Ordered a jigsaw in March. It went missing in the post and 4 months later it hadn’t arrived. I asked for a refund and was told by their customer service representative that they wouldn’t provide a refund because “they’re a small business and if everyone asks for refunds we’ll go out if business”. They didn’t respond to any further emails. I had to lodge a dispute with PayPal. They didn’t respond to PayPal and in the end PayPal found in my favour and refunded the price into my account. A really bad experience. Find someone else to buy from!
Terrible company! they have a message on this phone that they are away on a company fishing trip until july 27! Really? While they are spending my money for beer and bait , I guess!

I am writing this review in desperation as I ordered a book in March through fishpond - they used an agent. Book never arrived. I go around in circles as I am told I am to contact agent and if no response to get back to fishpond which I do without a reply. I now want my money returned! but helpdesk takes me around in circles. I WANT TO MAKE OFFICIAL COMPLAINT!!
I prepaid last year for a book that I have not received. It is currently for sale on their website. I have, at their request, provided proof of payment and the order number via scan. I have attempted to provide an order number on line since they have no phone number and cannot be spoken to. I go through a circular series of menus asking for information. There is always one critical piece that the menu will not let me fill in so that my enquiry is never sent. There is no phone contact.
I have used them in the past and received what I ordered. I will never use them again.
