Rating minus 10.worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have just been in the rainforest covered in leaches.I am sure everyone had a flight centre badge on.The sooner you go out of buisness the better.rotten company.????

Have been waiting for our refund for the last 17 weeks , keep getting no information as to when we maybe lucky enough to receive it after being told it will be processed in June and here we are on the 29th and still stuff contact.. piss poor effort from Singapore airlines and flight centre

I have been waiting for over 12 weeks for a refund. Flight Centre have not even given me back MY MONEY in their account that they had not spent when I asked to cancel. This is theft!!!!. Never again will I use Flight Centre

We are supposed to fly to New Zealand this coming Sunday [24th May 2020] and we STILL don't know what is going on. We have asked for a full refund so many times in person at Loganholme, Mount Gravatt and Ipswich branches, by phone and via numerous emails. We have not gotten an answer as to when we will receive our refund. Tonight, a phone call to Air New Zealand revealed that even they are waiting for Flight Centre to advise them about what is happening.

Very unprofessional, criminal behaviour.

Well it’s been 3 months and still waiting for my money back. Didn’t even book a trip just put money in credit to use later on, yet still awaiting refund. How hard is it to transfer money takes me about 30 secs

I would prefet to give negative five stars but unfortunately it doesn't let me.

Fligjt centre CEO and their complete corporate team are hungry, greedy dogs who steal their customers hard earned money for the sake of supporting their filthy rich lives. Hope they go down with the Covid 19 so that honest agents can grow and provide the service customers deserve.

Staff at the Flight Centre are either liers and thiefs or idiots who follow their pathetic managers directives to steal money from their clients whose flights have been cancelled by the airline. There are a lot of smaller operators who are honest with competitive prices. Good buy Flight Centre. There will be a lot of other people I will encourage to join me. Consider this one star given as negative five stars.

I am writing this email as another unsatisfied customer with the dealings of refunds due to Covid-19.



I received your email detailing the changes you have made to refund capping.



Sorry but this is exactly what I was told, I would be charged $300 each and that was before the email.



The airline is giving a full refund so this should be passed onto the consumer.



The cancellation is of no fault of our own and certain measures should be in place to cover Flight Centre for these occurrences.



Customers are not amused at the $19 million dollars Flight Centre will collect from cancellation fees as well as laying staff off.



With the current situation of uncertainty with airlines going bankrupt and the unknown of knowing when overseas travel will return it is really impossible to predict when we could use the tickets if put on hold.



Also with not working and not knowing what work is ahead we may not be able to travel in 12 months’ time.



We could end up with nothing if there is no longer an airline to reimburse us. Or incur extra costs when things resume.



Also we don’t have a positive assurance Flight Centre will be around in 12 month’s time either, that is why people are preferring refunds.

During this extreme time with COVID-19, everyone is suffering through absolutely no fault of their own, I am of the opinion, Flight Centre is not understanding of the situation. At the end of this pandemic, you will want "Return Customers", you have lost me.
