I went to Mac Morley Myer yesterday to just ask if there is any sort of info from Mac to return a product as I had purchased it from a different place. The lady called Samantha was very unpleasant in dealing with my question and not unknowledgeable about a certain company or item, she did not even let me finish my enquiry and she got very rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Before she even provides any sort of info, seek help from colleagues, or her manager, she straight away started shouting and told me to go back to where I purchased the product from and she is not going to do anything about it. I was very shocked and got terribly upset the way she treated me. So, I just told her if you cannot help, there is no need to get rude and treat people bad. I walked to the counter ,where there was another lady there and I explained to her what happened , the lady told me to come back later to speak to the manager as she is on her lunch break at the moment and she asked me to provide my name with a phone number. While the other lady was talking to me, Samantha came to the counter and said to me I’ll call someone to help you, I just said to her before you got rude and disrespected me , you could’ve done this earlier. To me as a customer, Samantha acted very unprofessional, have extremely poor customer service and lack of knowledge about the company and its products. I work as an assistant manager, I believe no customer deserves to be treated in that way. Later that day I went to a different Mac store where I received the best customer service and they provided with full details of consumer care within Australia and internationally without any rudeness or any complications.

I tried to return an item I purchased online at Myer Macquare, and I had to go to 3 different registers to attempt this, which took over 20 mins, considering nobody knew how to, and in the end I left without returning it! Either they couldn't find a tablet, or when they found one it wasn't charged, or their login wasn't working, or someone had taken the tablet from their area... I mean, how hard it is to organise a refund?!!!!

Then, I tried to contact Myer - 5 times I was cut off! The receptionist was overly polite, although somehow couldn't put a call through. I ended up leaving my details for someone to call me back.... Two days later, and still haven't heard a thing.

If their customer service is anything to go by, they won't be around much longer!

I purchased a coffee machine online from Myer 29/4/2020 I picked it up from the Perth store As it was faulty I returned it via post The wharehouse received it 15/5/2020 It is now 15/6/2020 and after multiple phone calls I have been informed as it was returned out of store warranty ( which is 30days) and they had received it within 15 it has been sent for assessment and repair so probably another month I decided to buy from Myer as their return policy and service used to be so good Obviosly not anymore and I will never buy from them again and advise my family and friends not to This is where social media is so great !!!!

Unable to make contact with anyone at the organisation. Even the small company that I work for have the facility for our customers to be able to call customer service and speak to someone. Ridiculous Customer Service Myer. Get your act together. I sent my returns through the correct process and received my refund.

I made an online purchase via Myer online store and was incorrectly supplied the wrong size item, I ordered large, received a small. I phoned Myer to return the item an automated text message was sent to my mobile with a link to return the product. I followed the prompts to raise a return item number, return number was raised providing instructions on returning the item. Instructions were followed and the item was taken to a local Australia Post which resulted in me - the consumer having to pay $18.95 at Australia Post to return the item!!!

After ordering in March with a guaranteed delivery of March 27th, I've been more than patient.

April 4th I rang to see what's going on and was promised it would be dispatched within the next day or so.

Still nothing.

Multiple emails and fb messages ignored, including official notification on April 30th that I now wish to cancel the order.

I rang on May 4th and spoke with Maxine who,after speaking with her supervisor, said that Myer refuse to cancel the order... WTF?

Suddenly, my fb messages start getting returned with all sorts of excuses... and lies... and they said it would be delivered BY MAY 8TH.

Well, here we are on May 11th and they refuse to cancel, they refuse to refund and two months down the road they haven't delivered the item that I no longer want or need.

One star is generous.

Huge disappointment with my first online order. I normally purchase in store however due to covid 19, I thought online ordering would be the next best thing. Why offer free gift with purchase if there is no intention to even send it out? Have tried contacting Myer via email, phone with no response. I will be returning the items for a refund and purchasing elsewhere from no on.

After calling the 136937 number 6 times today and having the line go dead each time, I tried to find an obvious contact email and seriously - what a mission. I finally stumbled across the email address above and have sent an email to ask why my Estee Lauder Gift Bags were missing from both of my orders. This is a joke with the customer service being offered and I am quite happy to call A Current Affair and have them look into the poor service that is being offered to online customers at the moment.

Shame on you myer for refusing cash it is legal tender and against the law to refuse it some people don’t have cards and you put them in debt by doing so also as it is against the law what give you the right to refuse it you are not above the law 😡
