Customer service from management is terrible.. I've sent multiple emails and still no response, ive spend alot of money on their products, wish i wouldn't have now and purchase elsewhere
I asked for contact on a complaint on 28 February. I followed up each week by email, sometimes twice a week. As of 8 June I have received one response, saying that managment will contact me, that was on 5 May, and they have not responded since. Easily worst customer support ever, don't bother the is better around.

Worst customer service, would never buy with them again, waiting for over a month for a refund. Very disappointed
The most unhelpful costomer service team i have delt with paid $620 for an item that still has not been deliverd called numerous times have emailed still waiting for a responce since dec 2021 is now feb 2022
