Attempting to contact ASOS in this country is extremely difficult. I have had to resort to posting on their Facebook page. They do not make it easy to return an item you have received by mistake and secure what you did order.
Bought four items only received 1 getting in contact with asos is like pulling teeth wait time to contact someone they say is 5mins I have waited on three occassions over 1/2 hour no one gets back to you for such a huge company that makes a lot of money would't you think they would have a better customer service in place this is absolutely ridiculous WHERE ARE MY THREE ITEMS I DID NOT RECEIVE
If I could 0 I would, I have asked for someone to call me regarding a refund that I can not get a return slip[, I have emailed ASOS 7 times this is my 8th for a manager toi call me and all I get is continues emails with no resolution. You are a dishonest company and I advise all people to avoid purchasing anything from ASOS.
If I could give a review without a star rating I would. I have and am currently still waiting over 2 weeks exceeding my ETA for a parcel, having to pay $20 postage. I've had about 10 different people email me through customer care. However after multiple ETA dates, and being told I would be rectified if my parcel exceeded the last ETA, to now be told I'm going to have to wait another 3 days for my parcel..... I am NEVER shopping with this company again. Customer service is disgusting. Instead of just arguing over emails with customers regarding there orders that is on fault at your end, maybe not promise 101 different things then not follow through with them.
I would give Zero star if I could!! Every time I order few things, there’s always an item missing. It’s not possible to call Asos so forget about customer service. They ask you to message on messenger or email them which they reply in an hour and someone replies with automated answer and they don’t help you at all!! You are lucky if you get your refund. I ordered some pants and they took the payment and it says the pants are delivered but I never re river anything. when I asked the stupid customer service person they said they never sent any because they were out of stock!!! I ordered the pants for a shoot now they are telling me they had to cancel the order because they are out of stock. Worse thing is I paid for express shipping!! Asos USED to be good. But they have lost a regular customer. I am extremely disappointed!
If I could give less than 1 I would. Attempting to resolve what should have been a very, very simple refund request has turned into weeks of aggravation as a result of the morons seated in the ASOS 'Customer Care' team. Obviously they work on a system that requires them to respond to emails immediately - never mind whether or not they actually read the email OR take on the matter to actually resolve the query or complaint. I've had multiple emails, never from the same 'person', asking me for the same information over and over - no-one bothering or willing to actually deal with it. As a result, I now ABSOLUTELY HATE ASOS and will NEVER shop here again and will be sure to spread the very painful experience I've had to anyone who will listen or read my reviews - to ensure they don't waste their time with ASOS either.
I returned items within the ASOS required timeline in November 2020. After endless emails and online chats and then escalating emails to their CEO it is now May 2021 and am still yet to receive payment. I get told different stories every time and different excuses everytime. I did alot of shopping at ASOS and now haven't had a problem. Guess it was just a matter of time. BEWARE. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ASOS AGAIN. SO BEWARE OF THE SAME HAPPENING TO YOU.
Recently I have tried ordering from a ASOS, however the team have made the decision to close my account for no apparent reason and that is really devastating because I have never purchased anything using ASOS before.
The team did not provide me with a reason why they have made the decision to close my account and not accept my future orders.
Moreover, after stating a bunch of nonsense about payment returns (which is irrelevant in this case) they state that they will not be helping me through with this problem. As a customer that has never even purchased from ASOS, I feel so devastated and certainly not welcomed as if I don’t deserve to shop with you them. How wrong and upsetting 🙁
if I could tick zero I would. Express post at an additional $14.99 and 12 days. Hardly express. I doubt if I will ever see my money in refund again. You have to wonder about an organisation that has an incorrect phone number and no way to contact management. Off to Fair Trade I go.
I am absolutely apauled with asos first time of buying most definately will be the last
