Shonky & unprofessional. Do not buy from this mob. I was sold a faulty item from their Caringbah, NSW franchise. The owner refuses to contact the manufacturer to investigate, replace and install a new item. Complaint lodged with Fair Trading. Head Office not bothering to assist, offloaded it to NSW area manager, who is also not helping. Stay away from them. They are a nasty bunch.
Be warned: BT Caringbah sold me faulty tap mixer & have only offered to replace item, which is under warranty. They don’t want to help me at all. The Manufacturer is obligated by law to replace & install item. Will lodge complaint with Fair Trading. They are a dodgy outfit. Suggest they spend $$$ & train their staff in customer care & support. Just dreadful.
