I've had to move to Tas from Qld to look after my mum and the closest BigW is 4 hrs away, so I order online. Out of 4 orders 1 has been right and I've just had to chase them again to see where part of my order was they just totally left out. I was told they would look into it and get back to me never happened and now told I'd have to go in store, WTF. They are refunding me AGAIN. So over this rubbish from big W and will be telling others about it too.
They seriously need to get their act together and stop stuffing people around. The item I wanted was for the home help people now I have to find something else fast thanks big W.
I spoke with a store last week about a large order. They were going to call me back last Thursday. Haven’t heard back in over a week now. Trying to call and not a single number answers. At all just rings out. The MAIN NUMBER for Big W. 1300 244 999z store number 07 30123302 rings out.
02 88858000 rings out.
HELLO IS ANYONE ANYWHERE AT BIG W????
Apparently no returns/exchanges on sales goods. The signs I can see everywhere now but not that obvious, particularly through self service. Maybe in addition to the request for a charitable donation a warning that if you choose to buy a sales product you cannot return or exchange. To not allow exchanges is not customer friendly. Not shopping there again.
Recently i lost my Louis Vuitton handbag in Big W Loganholm. After 30 minutes of tears and panick the staff located it and returned it to me. They were calm, organised and empathetic to my situation. I cannot speak highly enough of there professionalism . Great job team AMAZING...
Why has the layby gone up to $15 what a joke
Your attempts to gain a greater share of the market by using,GOOGLE as your entry Portal is pointless as You. You are both uncontactable via the web
I’m very disappointed with this company, as I’ve found out you are doing facial recognition at your checkouts without the warning signs to all customers at entry, how much are you top dogs getting paid to do this and ruin our freedom of choice in AUSTRALIA, this is not a China country and never will be, the video I watched is spreading far and wide, and you’ve lost another customer and many more are following
facial recognition? goodbye Big W. Have always and only ever used at Big W..now l will find a store that doesn't use facial recognition
This is my second post the reason that I am giving a high rating this time is because the customer service is not always bad some staff do go out of there way to answer or help with your enquires.
This rating is for the following
Campbelltown NSW
{ MacArthur Square} branch - the team/staff that are filling the shelves at night, I believe they’re are the NIGHT FILL STAFF
I have noticed on many occasions that out of all the staff day and nights they are the only staff mostly doing any work, they are always busy, but yet they still stop what they are doing to help customers with there inquiries.
I have worked in similar rolls before and understand that night fill (night shift) work twice as hard and do double the work while the day staff just sit and do nothing. While The managers don’t see this but when management questions day staff about there job tasks being incomplete the day staff shift the blame on to the night shift and the managers believe them
But in spite all that the night fill staff still do there jobs
Customer service is almost non existent the management and day staff just chat all day and when you ask them for help about an item there reply is sorry if it’s not on the shelf we don’t have it or they just say sorry we have no stock.
The people who pick and possess online orders are The worst basically if they cant find your item easily they will not check if they have it at the back or anywhere else I believe that it’s because they would have to do work
As an example I made an online order for picked up at MacArthur square Big w branch and the replied that the item was not available at time of processing and then canceled it I found out the next day that the item they had plenty of but it was not in the standard location the item had two locations due to they had a lot of stock. I come to realise that they could not find it but on there system there were a lot they just couldn’t be bothered to work and canceled my order.
There is no communication from the managers to there staff and there staff don’t have the option to have the initiative of thinking out side the box because the managers fear they will make them look bad
