Wanting to know about home delivery in Victoria was on hold so long i had to hang up ,no wonder they are in trouble with sales..will not shop with them cause if something happens they will never pickuo

Terrible service. Free delivery service is a flop as they will find any ways to deceived and trick you to pay.

I ordered a TV to my friend as a gift on 03/08/2020. Me and my friend been waiting and chasing this around one month. Today i got an email saying a refund has been processed. So i send an email to customer care to know what is going on.

This is what the reply i got from Big W customer care today (9/10/2020)

"Our sincerest apologies for the delay in responding to you and for the cancellation of your order.

Your order was cancelled because the TV we had for you was damaged by Toll.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and for the fact that the TV was cancelled without your notice."

I hope Its all clear from this.

WORST SERVICE

I called for a refund where i got refunded a less amount feom what i paid but they hung up on me twice and i have been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get through to someone after that absaloutly terrible service.

Very bad service, they don't answer yhe phone. No staff in store to help you and they are just chatting with each other. Pagewood store is not helpful at all. Was trying to find something and they are just lazy and transfer you to a number that doesn't answer. Kmart is the best and everyine goes there as staff are polite and extremely helpful. I have been on hold now with Big W Customer Service for 15mins and this is apauling service.

I was recommended to use BIG W and by items on line for a move to a new home which will be taking place tomorrow.



I made my purchase with you lot on Sunday 18th October. I was 100% guaranteed that the delivery would be at my front door by today 4th November, since having rang both BIG W and the courier service 4 times since the initial purchase



Because of the disorganisation that was taking place regarding my order, i was offer apologies along will a $20.00 on line gift credit. So today NO delivery & NO on line credit.

BIG W = BIG WASTE OF TIME

Fairdinkum, You lot could not organise a chook raffle! As long as I'm upright and have a pulse - i will NEVER use your so called services again!

Big w Rockhampton

Brought an 70 inch tv brought it home and saw that tv was damaged went back straight away and was dealing with Graham who was an great help he said he will see if they have another 70 inch and told me he would call me in the afternoon true to his word he called me to inform me that they didn't have the 70 inch and that he spoke to the management and got me an 75 inch at the same price . Graham was truly a wonderful person to deal with. his customer service a great experience
