Been on the phone for over 1 hour ! Ridiculous! I wonder if Head Office in in the UK would think about this appalling service .

I have been sitting on hold for 40 min your customer service standard is pathetic. II was involved in customer service all my working life. If any staff left a customer on hold like this they were sacked immediately. Any phone call had to be answered within three rings or a please explain was issued.
