Disgusting! No customer service at all! Lost me as a loyal customer!

Mark Todd Manager of Trades, won't return phone calls nor emails! Boys club sticks together with their builders even taking them on drinking trips whilst they let the real paying customer be ripped off!

I am just commenting on one particular product. You timber decking over the past few years have been replacing timber decking. The quality is shocking most of it is like a dog's hind leg. Cannot use you will have gaps everywhere. I have resorted to going to another local hardware store close by (not bunnings) there decking timber little more expensive but it is straight even the long pieces over 4 meters.

Bunnings Pimpama Warehouse,Gold Coast , Queeensland. Do not bother making an order if you expect it any time soon. The order was made online midday Thursday the products arrived 4 days later 11:50 am. After waiting ,7pm the first day I rang to enquire about my order that I was advised was going to arrive Friday, was told it was in the warehouse still just was not picked up by their delivery driver (they were not even aware until that point that he did not show up. Re-booked for Saturday delivery , same thing happened. Again not until I phoned. Re-booked again and was told it will be delivered first thing Sunday morning. At 11:50 I rang not wanting to be chained to my house for another day waiting for a delivery and they had to track down the driver , the item was not even picked up until 9:24 am from their warehouse, I was told first thing in the morning was 7am. I am going to sit around and tell friends, relatives and co workers my experience dealing with a Bunnings delivery. The interesting part is that I only live 8 klm from this warehouse ...It would have been easier to call a taxi to pick the items up. One third of their delivery cost and 4 days earlier. In fact orders from Melbourne have arrived next day , why was it so difficult for them to arrange delivery 8 klm away? The time frame, seriously , do they have one person that delivers for the entire South East Area of Queensland. Rating for Pimpama warehouse , Zero. The worse customer service I've ever experienced.

My husband and I have been trying for the last 7 months to get our account accessible to charge to or even to pay. We have been in Store at Geraldton, (staff are very helpful). Your IT Dept and your Accounts Dept are hopeless.

I have rung Accounts, Geraldton Trade have rung Accounts and IT a few times Even got an INC number 1228331 in July but nothing has eventuated.

We need this fixed NOW as we would like to pay our account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bunnings head office, instead of sitting on your arses ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING about your stores!

Why do you pay your employees that sit on their phones while on shift more than employees that are hard workers and actually do their jobs?

Why you do you only partially train you employees?

Why do you withhold PROMSED contracts to employees?

Why do you tolerate contracted employees calling in sick just so they don't have to do a specific job? Leaving everyone else to pick up the pieces.

I am a customer and I have witnessed this disgusting and disgraceful attitude, are your store managers that clueless or happy to promote this way of functioning?

Don't you think it would be a little more beneficial for you to get off your arses and make sure the stores are running properly?!

I don't care if I've made you look, suck it up and actually do you job.

If I could I would have a 10 star rating for the new Doncaster Store. I assisted a friend with the purchase of an item today at Doncaster and I was totally overwhelmed with the professional , friendly staff. I usually shop at the Box Hill store ,BUT NOT ANY MORE. I spoke to Sam regarding the item as it was not on display. Sam said he would organise the item to be available for us when we came into the store. Upon entering the store we were asked on several times if we needed help. Jasmin from the garden section was one of the staff that assisted us. Jasmin assisted Sam in unpacking the item. When the deal was done the store manager John and Sam loaded the item into my vehicle . Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I did have an alternative option in regards to purchasing from another company , but Bunnings Doncaster won us over . A store is as good as its manager and this is evident at Doncaster. Such a different experience from the Box Hill store.

I am writing to you and I am sad about what the Shepparton branch has reached from the lack of attention to the part of the gardening the lack of watering and the lack of everything missing and the lack of attention from the management of this vital part as you know that this area is agricultural and they need seedlings for cultivation.please Reach out to this branch.

I attended the bunnings store in Hoppers Crossing today the 13/08/20.

Went to the tool shop to buy a sanding wheel. I am a tradesperson so was able to enter in person which I have done in numerous occasions without incident. I made the mistake of putting my foot over the line whilst waiting to be served and was yelled at very rudely by the woman serving. It was a momentary laps in concentration on my behalf and did not need to be spoken to so harshly. I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude and being yelled at in public. She then proceeded to yell some more protesting that she has a hard job and becoming abusive. I’m really disappointed that covid 19 apparently gives people the permission to abuse there customers.

In the past bunnings staff have been nothing but helpful with the exception of this sales assistant Monica.

I WAS once a loyal customer of Bunnings but am bitterly disappointed that I am unable to get through by phone to your online orders section even after 4 days of ringing at different hours of the day . You quite happily took my $558.00 within 2 days , but I have no further communication about my order . Has been over a week now ! Come on people , a simple common courtesy should prevail .
