I attended the bunnings store in Hoppers Crossing today the 13/08/20.

Went to the tool shop to buy a sanding wheel. I am a tradesperson so was able to enter in person which I have done in numerous occasions without incident. I made the mistake of putting my foot over the line whilst waiting to be served and was yelled at very rudely by the woman serving. It was a momentary laps in concentration on my behalf and did not need to be spoken to so harshly. I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude and being yelled at in public. She then proceeded to yell some more protesting that she has a hard job and becoming abusive. I’m really disappointed that covid 19 apparently gives people the permission to abuse there customers.

In the past bunnings staff have been nothing but helpful with the exception of this sales assistant Monica.

I WAS once a loyal customer of Bunnings but am bitterly disappointed that I am unable to get through by phone to your online orders section even after 4 days of ringing at different hours of the day . You quite happily took my $558.00 within 2 days , but I have no further communication about my order . Has been over a week now ! Come on people , a simple common courtesy should prevail .

We have been dealing with Bunnings Trade at Tuggerah for months now regarding getting a quote for a kitchen worth around $20,000. The guy there has been non responsive with the quote after so many attempts to get him to complete the quote which he still has not done. We have been a trade customer for over 25 years and looks like covid19 is not affecting Bunnings or they would be trying to please all trades.

Why did the price of market umbrellas increase $30.00 the day the Victorian state government require outside eating by cafes etc

We had an unauthorised significant amount of money (more than $4000) used at a Bunnings store in WA. We live in Victoria and my credit card details were stolen and used to purchase goods. We cancelled the card with our bank straight away, as the payment was still pending, hopeful this would fix it. I rang Bunnings WA, spoke to four different people, one of whom found the payment on their system, and then told me they couldn't do anything about it. Really? So you don't have details of delivery for online orders? They said my computer was hacked. No it's not - just my credit card details stolen. Then, three days after I cancelled the card, Bunnings processed the payment. Now they don't know anything about it! I rang again this morning and they couldn't find it and now our back account is showing Bunnings Hawthorn East has processed the payment. Have just reported it to the police and the Cyber Safety Centre. Thanks for not helping at all Bunnings. Had to give you one star because I couldn't give zero!

Bunnings used to be my favourite store until they showed me their true colours during the lock down. My daughter had to move into a house with no garden and I promised her a garden, after all I could shop for plants online. Ha! What a joke, every plant I tried to order was (available in store only) being saved for the tradies! Only second best was available to the general public (could be ordered online). I used to love Bunnings but this pandemic has shown they don't give a s..t about ordinary customers, tradies are the only customers that matter. And unfortunately I didn't think to buy a high-viz vest and pose as a tradie as thousands of others did because I stupidly thought they would have some way of checking.

Absolutely disappointed with their approach to customer support at the Thornleigh store. They bumble around talking as if it is a mirror castle, and when you request an asssitant no one turns up to help. We also went to the special orders desk who told us there were 3 items in stock, We said we cannot find the product that we are looking for, so we suggested as an alternative we should make it a special order - well that went down like a lead balloon! In response they suggested that we could drive out to Bunnings at Dural as they had the product also. After leaving the store we asked to speak with the manager then the phone was hung up on us before he took the call. We then rang back and the manager was willing to sort things out by finding the shelf item and agreed to phone us back to arrange collection. Well again, we were disppointed as we never received a return call. The store policy says it is backed by the best service - well I can tell you that the 'best service statement couldn't be further from the truth.
