They only take your money no service, daylight robber's

My email has not connected for 8 days. I have phoned, messaged, used the support area. I have been left hanging on the phone until the battery died. I rang early this morning Sat. and that was the quickest I got through to some one. He was ...like others ....quite happy to EMAIL me a new password. With a failed email.???? He then said I would be connected to an "expert" . 50 minutes of listening to that blasted annoying music my phone died....again.... with no resolution...again...and still no email... What do I have to do to get some help. You are very quick to take my money. What a pity you don't supply a reciprocal service back to your customers. Judging by the number of complaints on your Facebook page etc this Company does not give a damn about it's Customers. Let's see if I get a response to this letter. what is the bet I don't????

Dodo was informed on the 17/18th January that my solar panels had been installed, yet here we are on the 1st of March and still the the work on my Meter has not been done. Apparently , energy suppliers have 15 business days in which to complete this work, yet as late as last Friday 25th Feb Dodo was still arguing that they were in the right. The electrician was supposed to come and do the work yesterday, Feb 28th but did not turn up. Dodo are truly amongst the worst business to deal with, I regret giving them my business.

If I could rate them less than 1 star I absolutely would!!! As racist as this sounds, its fact. Every contact with dodo, of which there were many, primary language was not English. They mucked us around something chronic! In the end I told them to f*** off and in 5 mins had an account with Simply Energy who I thoroughly recommend with 5 stars!

Dodo disappointed on so many fronts. The modem arrived in good time and the package instructions promise a connection in 15 minutes. One hour later, no connection. Rang the help desk on 133636, "Oh no Sir, you have to wait 24 to 48 hours to have it switched over".(What? Dodo must still have a manual switchboard!). I waited impatiently for 48 hours. Still no connection. Rang the 133636 number on a Saturday afternoon. The recorded message said "This service is closed. Ring back on the next business day". This is help desk!!! The website and modem leaflet say that the help desk open until 10pm on a Saturday. No other method of connection with Dodo is possible. Then four days later they tell me the internet has just been connected (0900) and I should have received an SMS. Which I didn't of course. "Oh sorry Sir, the SMS are not sent until 1000" (what?). And then if you have a land line connected through the internet Dodo want you to agree to a waiver of customer service obligations! No rights if they give you no service. Summary: great sales team, wretched service delivery and help desk. Never again.

Past 6 .

I have made numerous attempts to contact DODO past several months and to no avail.

I have also gone online and was generated a reference number, and a return call back in February 2021 .

No feedback or customer service to date.

Only three DODO outlets in Sydney.

How poor service is this from a provider,???

I have to agree with the other two reviews, this mob could not organised a good time in a brothel with a fist full of $50’s, it is the biggest joke since someone said politicians are honest. I keep getting messages saying deduction of fees was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, yet there was more than ten times the fee they were trying to with draw, I checked with the bank, there was no attempt to deduct the funds what so ever, yet dodo have suspended my account, this is the third time in as many months this has happened. I wArned them if it happened again, crap would hit the fan, I will be contacting fair trade, communication ombudsman, and ASIC. The dodo become extinct because it was an idiot, looks like dodo might go the same way, I know the internet company Fish did. Can’t understand what these morons say half the time, so much noise in the background, kids screaming, dogs barking, wind from fan blowing across microphone, doors banging etc, they say sorry but do nothing about their screw ups, I recon everyone should dump dodo, and let them fade into hell where they belong, biggest bunch of wankers I have had to deal with.

Dodo is the worst service provider in NSW. I am your new customer who doesn't even have an active NBN connection, yet you have started my service on your system.

Dodo's customer service is none existent! It's the pits. If you try and contact their customer service department at the weekend, it's not open. When you call them during the week all you get is a message saying they're busy and for you to call back later. You can never speak to them because you always get that message. When I inserted the Dodo SIM card in my phone the website said the service would take 15 - 20 minutes to be activated, or a maximum of 24 hours - THEY LEFT ME WITHOUT A SERVICE FOR OVER 50 HOURS. And if you want to complain the complaint goes to the very people you're complaining about. So if you're thinking about switching from another service provider (internet or phone) to Dodo, DON'T DO IT! They break every minimum standard of service expectation and are probably in breach of the Telecommunication Ombudsman's guidelines. GO TO ANY OYTHER SERVICE PROVIDER EXCEPT DODO!!!!!
