Dodo disappointed on so many fronts. The modem arrived in good time and the package instructions promise a connection in 15 minutes. One hour later, no connection. Rang the help desk on 133636, "Oh no Sir, you have to wait 24 to 48 hours to have it switched over".(What? Dodo must still have a manual switchboard!). I waited impatiently for 48 hours. Still no connection. Rang the 133636 number on a Saturday afternoon. The recorded message said "This service is closed. Ring back on the next business day". This is help desk!!! The website and modem leaflet say that the help desk open until 10pm on a Saturday. No other method of connection with Dodo is possible. Then four days later they tell me the internet has just been connected (0900) and I should have received an SMS. Which I didn't of course. "Oh sorry Sir, the SMS are not sent until 1000" (what?). And then if you have a land line connected through the internet Dodo want you to agree to a waiver of customer service obligations! No rights if they give you no service. Summary: great sales team, wretched service delivery and help desk. Never again.

I have made numerous attempts to contact DODO past several months and to no avail.

I have also gone online and was generated a reference number, and a return call back in February 2021 .

No feedback or customer service to date.

Only three DODO outlets in Sydney.

How poor service is this from a provider,???

I have to agree with the other two reviews, this mob could not organised a good time in a brothel with a fist full of $50’s, it is the biggest joke since someone said politicians are honest. I keep getting messages saying deduction of fees was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, yet there was more than ten times the fee they were trying to with draw, I checked with the bank, there was no attempt to deduct the funds what so ever, yet dodo have suspended my account, this is the third time in as many months this has happened. I wArned them if it happened again, crap would hit the fan, I will be contacting fair trade, communication ombudsman, and ASIC. The dodo become extinct because it was an idiot, looks like dodo might go the same way, I know the internet company Fish did. Can’t understand what these morons say half the time, so much noise in the background, kids screaming, dogs barking, wind from fan blowing across microphone, doors banging etc, they say sorry but do nothing about their screw ups, I recon everyone should dump dodo, and let them fade into hell where they belong, biggest bunch of wankers I have had to deal with.

Dodo is the worst service provider in NSW. I am your new customer who doesn't even have an active NBN connection, yet you have started my service on your system.

Dodo's customer service is none existent! It's the pits. If you try and contact their customer service department at the weekend, it's not open. When you call them during the week all you get is a message saying they're busy and for you to call back later. You can never speak to them because you always get that message. When I inserted the Dodo SIM card in my phone the website said the service would take 15 - 20 minutes to be activated, or a maximum of 24 hours - THEY LEFT ME WITHOUT A SERVICE FOR OVER 50 HOURS. And if you want to complain the complaint goes to the very people you're complaining about. So if you're thinking about switching from another service provider (internet or phone) to Dodo, DON'T DO IT! They break every minimum standard of service expectation and are probably in breach of the Telecommunication Ombudsman's guidelines. GO TO ANY OYTHER SERVICE PROVIDER EXCEPT DODO!!!!!

I have to agree with most of the reviewers here. Dodo is an appalling company to deal with and I cancelled my internet order without even getting up and running because of their ineptitude and lack of any sense of customer care. I will never deal with this company again and I recommend any prospective Dodo customer do the same. Give them a wide berth. Their competitor got me up and running within 3 days including modem delivery. They have taken weeks and despite my cries for help there has never been any response from their side. Dodo is a good name for their company .... all Dodo's as far as we are concerned.

I cant believe I have been waiting on the phone for 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a QR code to pick up my modem - the reason why I need to pick it up is because they sent it to the wrong address - Just terrible service. You really need to get your act together. I'm regretting signing up with you for internet, gas and water - I was a bout to also transfer our mobile, but now, I'm looking at moving all this elsewhere.. Mevan.yuliane@gmail.com

DO not Deal with this company the Staff have no customer service skills what so every, I have wasted the very fact that they have a po box address is proof enough that it is a company that dose not want to accessible by anyone

Just have to say to everyone who has an account with Dodo that this is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with and maybe you should consider changing providers if you want customer service and a decent product for example my mother is 92 years old and lives alone as that’s what she prefers rather than a nursing home recently I changed from telstra based on cost but what a mistake five days ago somehow her ADSL( which she doesn’t use) was disconnected which meant she no longer has a landline to make calls or receive calls after numerous calls to the Philippines to find out why this has happened no one knows and no one knows how to rectify the problem so in the meantime a 92 year old lady with medical conditions is unable to call triple 0 or her family because of Dodo’s incompetence what an absolute disgrace remember people you get what you pay for and this company is a disgrace and shouldn’t be allowed to trade in Australia and if anyone can message me the address of head office in Melbourne it would be appreciated the Philippino lady could only give me a PO Box as no one in her department knows what the address of head office is what a joke don’t worry Dodo I’ll find out where you are and I’m coming to see you in person seriously people this company is beyond a joke

Dodo is so ridiculous. I haven't had internet in my home for over 3 weeks. I tried contacting the office but ther was no use. Last week I got a message saying that dodo had already conected my internet. But I can't access into the internet. Dodo haven't given me a good service. I am not happy with dodo. I tried calling them several times but there is no use. I understand that the dodo team have to work from home but dodo need to provide better quality service.

I am so frustrated. How can kids do home schooling. Dodo said that I can only send this comment if I rate

I am going to rate them 1 star but truly this service doesn't even deserve a half star.
