Leumeah Dominos - Beware do not order from here food is cold and always late. After complaining about service they said I could order a new pizza but when I went to do this was told I would have to buy something to have it delivered and then when I complained they took nearly 2 hours to deliver and it was the wrong pizza. I tried to call back and they kept hanging up on me!!!!!!!!!! Not happy at all 🙁

On the 8.1.2023 I have ordered a Dominoes Pizza from the Queanbeyan Store.
It arrived with missing Toppings that I selected as extra, The pizza was cold and late, - these factors lead me to contact the store as i was not satisfied with this order
I have contacted the store 3 times that night, Spoke to 3 Managers.
I was treated in a shocking behaviour, I was told that if I had less than 1 slice I am entitled to a remake of a pizza. The lady asked me for a Photograph, I have texted thru a photograph, and I was told I had more than 1 slice when in the photographed timestamped 20:39 - 2 minutes after delivery. clearly shows 7 slices.

Dominos in Tugan, Queensland deserves no stars, not even close as time and time again they have disappointed me and this time will be definitely be the last time that I get it.
I pre-ordered four pizzas and three cheesey garlic breads which came to $67 to come at 6:30pm. It gets to 7pm and I give them a quick call to see what the hold up is and they tell me it's just gone out the door, so that's good I only live down the road from the store. Then fifteen minutes later I get a message from dominos saying my pizzas just left, so Im thinking, ok you tod me when I rang it had left. So okay I am still waiting at 8oclock and still no pizza so pretty peed off that they are just wasting my time. So time to ring back and talk to manager and get put on hold for ten minutes and then to be told the usual sorry we are busy(mind you it's a Monday night not the weekend) and lots of people haven't turned up for work blah blah blah. So my pizza and bread have been sitting there since 6:15pm and they are now just leaving, Oh but there still hot he said (OKIE Dokie) proceeded to tell him that don't bother sending a card in the mail box for a free pizza when I buy another one as I will never ever be buying from there again. Eight thirty five pizza and bread turn up cold as and garlic bread burnt on the bottom.

While picking up a pizza in store at the St Leonards store on 18/8/22, I heard a young female voice saying "Stop!" repeatedly to a co-worker. It seemed serious and I think this should be investigated.

I had the worst experience with Ellenbrook dominos and tried to fix the issue and was confronted with a nasty team member over burnt Pisa and one with hardly any cheese did not believe me their pizza tracker sent me the photos!!!
I have the photos here of pizza as proof with never go to Ellenbrook dominos again.
I ordered a premium range pizza and got absolute rubbish supposed to be deep pan but no idea what we received 1 piece only had basil leaf on it and nothing else too disgusted to return

I had a very bad experience with Dominos Plumpton NSW. I ordered pizza half NHalf over the phone and the guy asked me $15.50 for the pizza. When I went there to pickup pizza they asked me to pay 17.77. I said why you said over the phone $15.50 , he said do you want pizza or not and they behaved with me very rudely meanwhile I was in the middle of conversation two more come from behind and start saying what is matter with you. If you don’t want pizza we can refund your money. I come to know that this is customer service you provide. I have very bad experience with Dominos and now I am going to put reviews on the Facebook community pages.
The Ocean City MARYLAND Dominoes will not answer their phone. We called 3 seperate times on the same day were put on hold and never got to place an order after being on hold for over 30 minutes each call. Tried to contact headquarters but all I got was a computer helper that could not understand my problem. Very disapointed and and upset!!!!!!!
