Pathetic courier company . 2 weeks after pick up still no delivery only to find out they damaged the product but didn't think it was worth telling either me or the sender . No number to contact . Horrible customer service . I would give them negative 5 stars if I could .
Very poor customer service, sister company of Hunter express.
Both companies cannot tell me where my parcel is.
The par el was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 3 businesses days, 2 weeks later they dont know where it is.
They wont provide a response to enquiries that provides any hope of finding the parcel.
They, Hunter express hung up on me when i asked to escalate where my parcel is.
Will never recomend E Go couriers or Hunter Express.
Never use these guys for SURFBOARDS... They end up for sale on other sites... ridiculous.
Unreliable and untrustworthy. Trying to charge a cancellation fee when they never bothered to pick up the item. Need their address for a letter of demand.
