We got a couch less than 2 years ago and it’s showing signs of discolouration of orange pigment . Called the nearest store only to be fibbed off with this is normal
Wear and tear . It’s definitely not and it should be fixed under warranty . Not good enough for a $3500 couch.
If you buy a lounge with fantastic furniture you will need to have passionate.lots and lots of passionate.I bought a 3 seat bed lounge and i have ordered it in January. The nice lady who has sold it to me said i will be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks. Its week 20 and im still not having the lounge standing in my Spare room. I call them and asked again whats going on. Im getting really annoyed about it. The guy said,oh its one of those yehhh we have some issues with delivering it. so you will have to wait another 2-3 weeks.omg im fuming. At this point with no product and with very bad costumer service and organisation. I cant give u a better rating
I went to the Capalaba store over the weekend to buy a couch. I just want to say I was absolutely disgusted with the lack of service I received from the 2 ladies that were working. They were to busy talking behind the counter about their weekend the offering me help until I approached them. I ended up purchasing a couch as I needed it on the day. The boys at the warehouse left it outside the door walked away didn’t help me at all get it into my car at all. I will not be shopping at this company again and very sad to have to write this review but I am honestly disgusted. I am still contemplating a refund but don’t want to have to go back to that shop and deal with the terrible service again. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Delivery service is the worst I have ever had to deal with
Seriously the worst. Ordered and paid for an online only chest of drawers on 23 March. On 24 March I received an email saying it had been picked up by the courier and I’d be notified of a day/time for delivery. It’s been 7 days!! I’ve gone onto live chat and after getting past the computer to connect to a human noone answered after 1/2 hour. I emailed customer service 36 hours ago - no reply. Today I am currently waiting on the phone for customer care for the SECOND time. First was 1/2 wasted - no reply. Now I’ve been waiting for over 1/2 hour again! Their message says they have high call volumes and ask you to go online to live chat. 😂 there is no “live” chat. High call volumes?? I bet there are with other furious customers wanting to know where the …. their orders are!
There are no humans to be found anywhere. I even called my local store to see if they could help but they have nothing to do with online. Even she agreed it was disgusting. Oh, I couldn’t get hold of the rubbish transport company either. Keep shopping around people.
I bought a table online on dec 26th. It said it would be 1 week. We live 1.5 hour drive to mackay. 1.5 weeks later we were in mackay. Still no table. Sorry our online system doesnt give an accurate availability date. So a week later it arrives. Unfortunately we could not pick it up last weekend due to the floods and road closed. So i called to let them know i couldnt pick up for 5 weeks as we are on holidays. They called and cancelled my order. The lady even hung up on me. I waSnt very happy.
Spent quiet a bit of money to furnish my new renovated home. Knew we would have to wait for couch but the waiting is ridiculous as paper work was sent on truck but no couch and it was on priority. Then purchased a bed room set go to set it up and missing a box for the tall boy and then being told that they don't know where it is and have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the extra box, why was they not checked before putting on delivery truck and they didn't seem to even care about it. Won't be going back
Appalling customer service. Waited 16 weeks for delivery of a couch only to be told it would be another 8 weeks. Still waiting! When making enquiries, staff always deferred to another staff member who never calls back. Head Office only deal with email and does not reply. Don't bother with FF, go somewhere else!
