My partner and I will never use a flight centre agency again we booked flights to Victoria and USA spending a lot of money including top insurance and when the Airline Qantas changed the flight we tried to ring flight enter to query this and couldn’t get through numerous times and after leaving our phone number for them to call us back they didn’t bother too busy was the excuse. So today we were waiting at the door for them to open, went in and a consultant saw us but couldn’t and wouldn’t help in anyway because she said we had to see the original consultant who had booked all of our flights. She wasn’t there at the time.All we wanted to know was how much and if we could alter a flight to avoid a 9 hour stopover in Sydney that wasn’t in the original booking before Qantas changed our flight. Her excuse at every question was they are very busy and we had to see the original consultant. Are these people specialist doctors or something. How hard is it to answer a simple question and we’d be on our way so the busy lady could get back to fobbing of other paying customers.Never again will we use this agency and will definitely pass on our experience to our many friends who are all retirees like us and are now doing lots of travel. If the agency are so BUSY hire more staff or at least someone to answer the phone for goodness sake.

Flight Centre in Ballarat Victoria are literally just appalling and make no effort to provide any service to the customer. I have been waiting for weeks just to get my travel agent Braddyn to call me back nothing. I paid extra for the captains package to avoid this nonsense and still nothing. $3700.00 they have of my money. Just disgusting...NEVER AGAIN!!!!

23 weeks awaiting refund on Singapore Air flight beginning April 2020 disappointed disillusioned with lack contact from agent went to Customer Relations Can now only deal with them, they’re worse dont reply to emails fob-you off 20 years of booking all flights & trips with Flight Centre disgusted with poor service.

Was sold a "no questions asked" insurance policy by an employee who we had to chase to obtain booking and check-in confirmations and information from. In the end we had to cancel our travel (not due to Covid) and turns out the policy asked A LOT of questions. After jumping through a thousand hoops it was all approved in April, and yet I am STILL waiting at end September for my agent to provide the insurer some very basic information to allow payout. Both the insurer and myself have tried everything to get the agent to provide the information, but she just can't be bothered apparently. I am a recent widow and this just adds unneccessary financial and emotional strain. Stay away from this company.

Today I was helped by an amazing lady named Michelle Wigg from flight centre strathpine my housemate Karin I had dropped at Brisbane airport she had booked return flights online to Germany to attend her fathers funeral she was told at the airport that she didn’t have a ticket to Berlin even though money had been taken from her account and she had a confirmation email asking her to present herself at the Singapore airlines desk for her ticket at such an emotional time she was devastated and looked like missing her father’s funeral despite Michelle’s best efforts Karin missed her flight the next available flight to Berlin would not get her there in time Michelle made a few calls got a few favours and got Karin on another airlines flight at the utmost last minute and a very upset Karin will make the funeralMany thanks go to Michelle she did not have to help as flight centre online is not connected to the stores at all but her great sense of customer service saved the day for Karin. Well done and please support flight centre strathpine as you never know when a computer glitch could happen to you to

Rating minus 10.worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have just been in the rainforest covered in leaches.I am sure everyone had a flight centre badge on.The sooner you go out of buisness the better.rotten company.????

Have been waiting for our refund for the last 17 weeks , keep getting no information as to when we maybe lucky enough to receive it after being told it will be processed in June and here we are on the 29th and still stuff contact.. piss poor effort from Singapore airlines and flight centre

I have been waiting for over 12 weeks for a refund. Flight Centre have not even given me back MY MONEY in their account that they had not spent when I asked to cancel. This is theft!!!!. Never again will I use Flight Centre

We are supposed to fly to New Zealand this coming Sunday [24th May 2020] and we STILL don't know what is going on. We have asked for a full refund so many times in person at Loganholme, Mount Gravatt and Ipswich branches, by phone and via numerous emails. We have not gotten an answer as to when we will receive our refund. Tonight, a phone call to Air New Zealand revealed that even they are waiting for Flight Centre to advise them about what is happening.

Very unprofessional, criminal behaviour.

Well it’s been 3 months and still waiting for my money back. Didn’t even book a trip just put money in credit to use later on, yet still awaiting refund. How hard is it to transfer money takes me about 30 secs
