Harvey Norman is the worst for ignoring its customers in both online support as well as there complaints section. i ordered a fridge online and the order was rejected without an explanation but alas they took the $950 dollar payment for the fridge after they declined the order.
i i tried to contact them to see what happens and get some help or at least to find out why the order was canceled (obviously it wasn't rejected for the credit card details as they revived the money) i tried ringing got put through to online support then transferred to security who rang and confirmed that the number was correct on the order as well as who the order was for then declined the order again with no explanation as to why nor as to if and when we will get our money back that they have taken from our credit card.
so all together i don't recommend Harvey Norman online to buy from as the are no help to customers and take your money after declining your order.

This place is a JOKE. Online doesn't even answer you, you write an online review on product review and they thank you and hope to see you again soon even though my review clearly says how appaling they are to deal with and I won't be back?



They don't care about business, I really hope they end up going broke and make way for another space because their customer service is beyond $hithouse.

I am writing to you about my recent flooring experience from Harvey Norman Flooring in O'Connor Perth W.A.



I am so very disappointed in the end result of my flooring in my new home.

They began work on the 19th April 2022. The first issue was the scotia surrounding my kitchen island bench.

I was never informed that the scotia would be around the bench only to the perimeter of the house.

I expressed that I was not happy with the result and the Manager Vivek offered a slimmer scotia to replace that one.

I wish I was shown this earlier as I would have chosen this slimmer scotia for the entire home.



The installer Andrew came out to replace the scotia and afterwards I had noticed 2 different colours of material had been used.

He then had to come out again to replace this. I now have 2 different types of scotia in my home. Not to mention silicone drippings left on the floor.



My door frames have also been poorly cut leaving an untidy edge and a big gap has been left. My paint on the door frames have been damaged and some walls have also been damaged in the process. Another installer came out to fill the gap with silicone and touch up the door frames with paint.

It looks better, but still not the outcome I was after.



When installing the floor boards to the laundry area, Andrew was asked to leave a 10mm gap for the tiler to complete the tiles in the laundry.

He did not do this, leaving large, uneven gaps. The tiler then had to build out from the wall to fit the tiles and now my laundry roller blind can't go to the ground as the tile is sticking out. This was not the outcome I was hoping for.



Overall, I am very disappointed in the quality of work and believe it is well below standard. I have spent a large amount of money on flooring and am not happy with the end result. I feel it was rushed from the beginning and has been nothing but constant visits to rectify. It is now the 8th July 2022 and the work has now been completed.



I have sent a formal complaint to Harvey Norman O'Connor outlining my disappointment. Vivek the manager did call me

and asked for a list so his team could come out and fix everything, but I am not comfortable to have them in my home again.

I am now having to seek another flooring company to come and inspect and see what can be done to achieve a better result.



My advice is DO NOT go through Harvey Norman for your Flooring!

Just needed to provide you feedback re the click and collect service for the order ID 2104884397 in Harvey Norman, 158 Murphy Street Richmond VIC 3121.



It is with great disappointment to say that this service is not working at all. 0/5 as per my previous review.



Upon receipt of an email advising "ready to pick up" , all instructions were followed and on arrival, the "i'm here" button was clicked, however we had to wait for over half an hour under the bad weather condition.



This was much even made worse as there was no designated car park as we had to park on the side of the road. We had to jump out of the car and press the buzzer to alert their attention as no one was attending to us.

We have noted that a couple of customers had gotten ahead of us as the staff came out with the wrong paperwork and package.



Staff were very disorganised and the waiting game was such a nightmare. Pick up was ready as per the email, but unfortunately it wasn't the case upon arrival. False advertising to a great extent!



This is extremely frustrating and we would never trust this service again and also Harvey Norman as a business entity despite being loyal customers. Extremely poor service and we never even received an apology for the long wait.

WHAT A DISGRACE!!! WENT INTO THE HARVEY NORMAN - HIGHPOINT STORE OVERHEARD AN EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF DEBBIE IN BEDDING TALKING ABOUT MY HUSBANDS WEIGHT AND CHILDS HYGIENE... I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS!!! HOW THEY ALLOW SOMEONE LIKE THAT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE... WHAT A JOKE!!!!

After Sales Service is a joke. They talk you into paying extra for Product Care - then when you have an issue with a computer screen there is zero product care. They have had it for over a month now and i have heard nothing - they won't answer the phone. Appalling Service - just take your money and run
