It is a joke that click and collect need more then 1 hour, I have waited 1H 40M, according to their website " The 1 hour time frame will begin once you receive a confirmation email confirming your purchase from HN online" why don;t they used their brain said" time may vary?" They are Bunch of people that running the Business that don't use Brain.

Harvey Norman customer support online is appalling. I am so disappointed at the poor service delivered during COVID-19. The response time is beyond terrible. I understand that other businesses have delays in response times but Harvey Norman by far, has the WORST! I can't believe Harvey Norman hasn't fixed up their online customer service. Such a disappointment and I am sure they have lost and will continue to lose business if THEY CONTINUE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

I would give Broadway Harvey Norman a zero star review. The staff were all standing in a line at the front door like they were in a team trying to block people from come in, and laughing maniacally. From the overweight Asian man who laughed when I asked if they sold Oppo phones, to the older man with long hair and glasses who flowed me around the store and was complaining to me about the internet. I am not a thief but you all disrespectful, and lazy and know nothing about retail.You can be sued for this type of behaviour. When a customer says "I'm just having a look" they want to be left in peace not have staff walking around asking them every two minutes. It is arrogant and treats people like idiots. Othe customers left their purchase because of their behaviour. You should be greatful people are coming in to your store at this time. They clearly work on commission. They are a bunch of judgemental oddballs. Loss of sale: washing machine, microwave, air fryer, bread maker, dyson fan, oppo fan if they sold one. Bondi Junction Harvey Norman is no better.The girl got really jacked off that we interrupted her speaking to her mate to buy a computer. She Where do you get these people from and who is training them? We have also seen staff at Broadway throwing stock around the store. No wonder the usbs we bought did not work. We will go to Good Guys.We won't be treated like dirt and pay wages or nasty people. We will never go into a Harvey Norman store again and will be telling everyone else as well.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have had a conversation with Lauren today regarding my Electrolux 6kg Smart dryer.

The dryer was purchased a little short then 2 weeks.

The dryer was purchased from Sunshine Harvey Norman.

After several attempts to remedy, at a store level I made contact with HQ in attempt to solve the matter as we have been waiting approximately a week for a ‘service’



Here is as the matter continues;

The product is faulty-

The fault of the product is considered Major- as it is a heating element (main use for a dryer) and would have stopped me from purchasing the goods had I have known it was faulty.

The company is RESPONSIBLE for allocating and sourcing a resolution of the complaint.



Lauren today, insisted on several occasions that WE the buyer need to contact the MANUFACTURER for a resolution.

This is illegal and incorrect.



Here is some information below.

Furthermore. Lauren disconnected our call wHen she was unable to provide adequate and legible information regarding the dryer and ME as the consumer to request a replacement.

A complaint has been made to ACCC.



It is advisable to retrain your staff in the consumer law, warranties and what that means, and replacement of a product from your store, regardless the manufacturer

horrible treatment received by auburn flagship store staff after complaining that the 2 sofas I received were faulty, after waiting 4 months they finally arrive with twisted and squashed armrests. the store is doing their level best to wiggle their way out of meeting their obligations including trying to pass the buck on to their supplier dixie cummings who wants to send a technician with a view to repair. they're still in the original packaging, untouched and they want to repair them? don't buy from these ruthless immoral mob. I've just made a formal complaint with fair trading, they'll sort them out.

Just had a Harvey Norman delivery truck, licence plate BY 79 CW, try to kill me as I was cycling through Ashfield shops. First he pulled along side yelling at me to get off the road, then he pulled up and threatened to punch my head in after which he swerved his truck towards the kerb where I was on my bicycle and tried to squash me.

Needless to say, I'll never buy anything from goons like this! The one star is only because you have to click on a rating, zero should be an option too,.

I’m disgusted with Harvey Norman Mackay my daughter was treated like crap there today as she has a faulty portable aircon under product care and was told to take it back there and 2 staff were very rude and disgusting to my daughter.

I was an employee of this store for 6 years and treated like crap abused and I’m very disgusted they have treated my daughter this way.

Two very angry customers and won’t ever recommend them to any friends and family.

This store is very toxic !!

Airconditionng installation by Harvey Norman preferred installer. Pathetic service originally purchased Ac from Erina 28/11/20 organised Advance One to install 10/12/20 afternoon prior cancelled and rebooked for 29/12/20 but guess what again cancelled without any notification. Would have thought Harvey Norman would vetted there preferred installer.

Very poor warranty backup we spent over 5grand on a lounge suite which is falling apart after 2 months they wont send anyone out to look at it we have to bring it in . Very poor harvey norman
