Have been waiting for almost 6 months on replacement of fuel pump on 2018 Civic, "URGENT RECALL" What a joke no contact from Honda Australia and having contacted Burswood Honda in WA at least a dozen times, promised it would be sorted and no one even bothers to return your calls. I have just received an email today from Honda Australia stating Burswood Honda willwill cease being an Authorised Honda Dealer on 31st March 2021. What happens to me now, one thing for sure Honda don't give a S#*T.

Have had car recalled. Been waiting 3 weeks now for reimbursement of a total of $2,700. I am on a disability pension, live on my own. The little amount is going to be hard to buy something reasonable but the inconvenience is the worst.
No rating as I was unable to contact by phone,you can't rate something if no one answers the phone,never again.
