I used the app and the app took my money I had ordered tea for my grandchildren and my daughter who just got out of hospital and the app crashed I got a order number but when I got to he drive thru the cashier told me that they didn't have my order on there system. I showed them the app and it clearly shows the order and the money taken out and I was told that I would get a refund in about 3 days it cost me $35 I said but I need to feed my family now not in 3 days they refused to give me my order and I had to pay for another order so in total it cost me $70 for my meal how many other people have been scammed like this at the very least we should have gotten our meal it was just lucky I had enough to pay for the extra meals oh and by the way the cashier used my phone with the order on it to redo the order this is disgusting and your policy needs to be reviewed in matters like this Iit could mean the difference between a family eating a meal or not. Especially when it was already paid for shame on you even if someone is lying about it if they can prove they have paid they should be given a meal not wait 3 days for a refund some people can't afford to pay twice and then are left with no food and no money for 3days shame shame shame on you

Whyalla Restaurant managers are treating there crew members horribly. Definitely won't be coming back after seeing that

Absolutely disgusted! Filthy store rude girl at counter and hair in food. I complained and was given a 20 voucher (less than original order and only instore at the top prices) the entire chain has shown its leack of customer service. Bloody disgraceful and the pathetic code is more of an insult. They dont answer the phone for complaints and we will happily avoid this deplorable food chain. You should be ashamed

Just left Lithgow Hungry Jacks and to say I was disappointed is small to how I’m feeling. I ordered the crispy tenders 2 x5 packs. After waiting nearly 45 min I finally got my order. These tenders were in no way crispy as shown on TV. In fact they were bigger than a nugget but not crispy at all. Given we were driving home to Bathurst we thought we would pop in for dinner. The place itself was packed bins overflowing and don’t get me started on the toilets( they were a disgrace. It might b when he’ll freezes over before I go back. Twice in the last month I have been to this site in Smithfield and they just can't get the order right. When you say no barbeque sauce it means no barbeque.



If you take a look at the photos I have up loaded you will see the filth that has accumulated on the drive through service window. I observed the female on duty using her hand to open and close the service window fully touching this built up filth.

I have tried to report it with no answer...no one is answering my call. This is unacceptable hygiene for a fast food outlet and the staff/management should be ashamed of this it is a disgrace. Someone is going to get very sick it's only a matter of time.

My 23 year old daughter went though the drive though they made a mistake on her order the server said he’d have to get his manger manger came out and said they missed it and she didn’t pay she would have to go back though the drive though she was driving away to go back though and said to her partner for f*** sakes ! When she got back to the drive though he refused service saying she abused him !! Like what the hell then proceeded to call her a dick head and flipped her the bird north Geelong !!!

Contacting the health department about the mandurah forum site! Absolutely disgusting food handling procedures! Cold meat being given out, soggy fries full of oil not acceptable for a fast food outlet! I will never stop until you fix this site so get onto it!

I entered the Hungry Jacks in Gundagai last Saturday 29 Oct, to enter the store you have to walk past the entrance to the male toilets, the smell of urine was so bad it was gag worthy. I will never stop there again as the Golden Arches are very close by. The rating of one star is obligatory as can’t submit without a star rating.

Queanbeyan store issues, my complaint is unanswered, suprise suprise, thats how hj rolls if my complaint isnt recognised it didnt happen at all
