I30 Auto transmission played up back in 2018, transmission failed again 29/03/2022 1 day in warranty, Hyundai declined the claim. I then called customer care person who stated they can't overrule. Why are they in the job? I've requested they forward an email to the warranty dept, asking for a review. 5-7 business days for reply.

Absolutely disgraceful company, cars are nothing but lemons.

My daughter purchased a Hyundai 130, brand new car, the motor blew, then they tried to blame her lack of care!! what a joke.

This has affected her health and i will not stop until this is rectified.

Do not purchase these cars!!! feel free to email me Hyundai, not that you will justjojos@hotmail.com you'll be hearing from us again very soon.

Just ran out of warranty an I brought new it’s been park under cover out of the sunlight just done 90,000km

In today get that service.

When I notice a tear in the word verloster in the leather driver seat. North Star motors tried to have it fixed for me they were lovely but they were told no.

So I called sent photos and was told bad luck you fix it.

2500 for a driver seat.

The is a manufacturing fault, not mine. My car has been detailed the leather has been looked after and they want nothing to do with it.

Shame on you Hyundai Australia. I will be writing a email the parenting company overseas I am not gonna lay down on this.

I ordered a new Santa Fe in March this and the car won't be delivered until November. I asked if I could change the colour of the vehicle I ordered two months before the car was even made. Hyundai Australia said no, the order will need to be cancelled. Explain this illogical rubbish!!! The car won't be made for 2 months and yet they can't change the of colour before the car is bloody sprayed. Though you can cancel the order???????????? The typical Australian attitude, nobody can think logically or rationally anymore. Process is the product and you only deal with zombies who can't think at all. Pure nonsense, absolutely pathetic!

If I could put zero stars, that would be almost better. My mother, a pensioner and widower had her car damaged significantly at the Service Centre in West Ryde. Subsequently they were going to charge her for the servicing and all the things, she was charged $90 for the wipers, I noticed someone said $30. And then they had the audacity when a "loan car", one of their trade ins and they were going to charge her a $2000 excess if that car was damaged, it already was damaged. I managed to get the excess down to $500, both the manager and service person were impossibly stupid and incompetent to deal with. They tried to comp her a car wash, I said that is standard after a service you knob jockeys. You will comp her her entire service and have her car ready asap. They are giving her more bullshit stories about the paint on her car not being weather resistant. I told her not to pay for the service or any thing else they were going to charge her with. Hyundai customer care and servicing is so frustratingly malignant, honestly I wouldn't buy one of their cars due to these shitty experiences. Japanese cars all the way. Hyundai Australia you should be ashamed and hang your heads in shame at the way West Ryde Service department, if they can be called that without a snigger, and just shut down. It is a sorry excuse for servicing and My mother will be going to the local mechanic from now on. Much more reliable and cost effective. I am utterly disgusted. Put this as your review on Google

Have been trying to get an adequate response as to why my Hyundai i30 caught fire and was written off since the heavy rain back on the 9th July 21 in WA. I have emailed Erin Marshall in customer care and the last email from her advised that Hyundai's insurance company would contact me early Jan 22 - nothing and no response to my last 3 emails. I was very happy with my i30 and devasted when it spontaneously caught fire, now I have no vehicle.

ABSOLUTELY APPAULLING CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND RESPONSES.

 by Hyundai Recalls

If this doesn't take the cake NOTHING does .. Most Hyundai Models have had issues with the door cables and or Locking mechanisms since 2012 ... just google it.

In America Hyundai recalled ALL Tucson Models from as early as 2015 to replace the known faulty cables and locking mechanisms AND added an addition 15 year warranty covering the original and subsequent owners who eventually did or will experience the issue.

This issue makes any vehicle unroadworthy and a potential death trap but did or does Hyundai Australia intend to rectify these issues under an extended courtesy warranty ?? NO, it seems they are of the belief that it is not their fault !! really, all models are manufactured by Hyundai in Korea NOT in Australia, the parts are OEM and therefore fall under Hyundai's Duty of care.

Get your act together Hyundai ... you're are allowing great cars to become death traps.

Appalling so called customer care experience. No knowledge of electric cars. Do not call you back. My complaint has not been sent on to anyone outside "customer car team". It has basically been a disgrace. The Kona Electric car has been brilliant car to own and drive BUT would not recommend Hyundai car based on my experience with the so called "customer car team".

Worst service ever. I would give 0 stars if I could. What a shame as I have never had issues in NSW. Had my car booked for a service today and attended Hyundai service centre at Traralgon Victoria. My car has been parked undercover at my address and has not moved for 14 days and all areas of the car were in great condition. My car went in at 0830. I received a phone call at 1030 saying I required new windscreen wipers at an additional cost of 30 dollars I said no issue. When I returned at 1330 it wasnt quiet ready. I waited for approximately 10 minutes and paid for the service which was $340, the girl at the counter came with me to my car. As I went to get into the car I noticed the emergency tire was on the rear right wheel. I asked her why my car had that tyre on it. She went away and came back and said Oh your tyre had a nail in it and it cant be repaired. I asked when Hyundai was going to tell me as they had made a point of ringing me and asking about the windscreen wiper replacement. She replied she didn't know. I then said to her that emergency tyre has a 50 km speed limit on it and it is just by chance I have noticed it and as you know this service centre is on a highway with a 100km speed limit. So I could have had a serious accident. She was apologetic. I also stated to her that me waiting an extra 10 minutes for a supposed car wash that was so substandard it should not have been done as my car was dripping wet and not dried off. I did not think this was good enough as the car supposedly had had a tyre rotation, balance and wheel alignment and nobody had thought to note this to anyone. I then asked to speak to the manager. A man I assumed was the manager got up from his desk after about 15 minutes and walked past me without acknowledging me and went and took the emergency tyre from my car and then went to place the old tyre on my car. A young man came and saw me and said the manager will speak to you now. I went out to my car and the man who I am still assuming was the manager then began speaking very slowly to me and showed me the screw in my tyre. He did not introduce himself. I then checked him for speaking slowly to me as I did not have any disability which gave him reason to speak so slowly. He then told me that he had no excuse for Hyundai not telling me that the tyre was unusable. He said that they had no tyres that were a correct size for my car,2017 Elantra turboSX. I then said what solution can you give meI to which he had none but to put my old tyre back on and send me to a tyre place 10kms away. I did and all the tyre need was a puncture repair. I will never use Traralgon Wights Hyundai again and I will make a pont of telling everyone I know. I have no beef with Hyundai in general but this lot need some serious questions asked of them.
