The amount of money I have spent with JBHIFI over the last two years is well over $15,000.00. I had a problem this Saturday and when speaking to an online representative the way I was spoken to was shocking , when I told her I her I would take my business else where she laughed and said do what you have to do and then tried to push to have the order canceled without even asking what the problem was. I then ran into multiple problems with instore managers wich I wont even go down. To top it off we had purchased a TV on the 03/05/23 and set it up 2 weeks ago as to have it ready when my mother in law returned, well make a long story short that product has also come up with a fault and according to Hisense its a faulty baord. I know JB dont care a damn about there customers and also try to raise this with current affair about the JB shocking service, be very very weary of JBHIFI and will be taking all my business to Umart. Most shocking service with terrible products

I just had the worst customer service experience. I purchased a laptop via byod. It has taken 8 weeks to receive it. After making 9 phone calls the last 2 calls I waited over an hour and 17minutes with no one answering and then numerous webmails back and forth only to be told its coming. I received it today. I so unhappy with the service provided. I will never buy from jb again.
Purchased a TV December 2022 via JB Online
TV was delivered and upon opening the Box discovered the TV screen was broken and TV does not work
Have been getting the Run around From JB with no resolution
The service is pathetic and they just dismiss you.
I will never purchase anything from JB HI again and warn others whom get delivery of items to check the contents in front of the delivery people before you get them to leave.
In my case they were in such a hurry they just left the TV in the Lounge room and left
I am now left with no option but to seek redress from consumer affairs as JB are just woeful
bought a laptop found out that far from being brand new was previously used by someone else. have been trying to contact salesman to fix my problem since 9am this morning, phoned 3 times left message for return call am now sitting on hold once again. lousy after sales service and why did i get a used laptop in the first place. once this problem is fixed and, now i want a refund, i will not buy from you again if i could have given you zero stars i would have. carol stuart
Don’t go to this store to bug anything. I bought a phone online it was supposed to dispatch 2 weeks ago haven’t heard anything from them and they don’t have any clue of when phone is coming.
