Bought a ink cartridge that did not work once installed. Asked for a replacement and was told nothing we can do about it due to Covic return policies just buy a new one.

Trying to find out why my preorder with express overnight delivery due today is currently sitting in JB's warehouse. Given ZERO response from website enquiry or social media I hope the number provided here is connected but one thing is for sure I won't be shopping with JB HIFI again

Don't even deserve one star to be honest. I purchased and paid $995, which, don’t get me wrong, is a great price, but that’s where it ended. I was advised I’d be contacted ‘shortly’ with delivery details. Little did I know ‘shortly’ would take 9 days. I followed up on the website feedback section and none of the responses could give me a timeframe.

When I finally got the item, I excitedly opened it to set it up. Halfway through I realised that the TV legs that were provided in the box did not match the actual TV I had purchased. So perhaps there’s someone out there with MY TV’s legs, and I have theirs. I tried to contact someone via phone, and the person I spoke to told me that I can only contact via email as online sales is a different process. I am still waiting for a confirmation that my TV legs will be provided. At this stage it has been referred to the ‘returns’ team, but haven’t heard anything from them in 48 hours. It’s just been a ridiculous run around and still is not resolved. I am now without a TV that I use for work because I had to get rid of my existing TV when this arrived. And now - I don’t know what timeframe my problem will be solved, if it will be solved at all, which is completely disappointing, especially considering the grand final is coming up. As a previously loyal JB customer, this experience has really put me off ever shopping at JB. I am completely disappointed. I could have spent the same money elsewhere and picked it up immediately. This option wasn’t available for the product I purchased. Very very disappointed. Customer service is absolutely disgusting.

The most disgusting customer service i have ever spoke to.

I spent over a week trying to find out how to pay for my pre order with no help from store just told to email online.

I got no responce from emailing them. Finally got to speak to a person at there customer service and got told you are in the next shipment.

They happily take your money but dont tell you when you will get your item or any information about what is happening.

I will be going to the store i ordered my new tv from to cancel that. I will never give jbhifi another cent if my money

This is absolute bullshit i had the PS5 in my cart at 11.02 i spoke to someone they said just wait for the IT issue to be fixed i waited and i tried to update my car on going for thw last 30 minutes and now it says Out of stock Not fair ao i called and spoke to someone and she said there's nothing that can be done its out of stock i am a regular customer with JB but this is a joke last time i buy anything from here

I have had a PS5 in my online cart since 10.58am.

The site was understandably slow due to the overwhelming response to the preorder.

Whilst still online and still having the item in my cart, I called the sales support team who told me to keep trying post codes in the click and collect option and it will eventually work and proceed to payment.

It is now 2pm and I have just spoken with the online support team who advised me all the stock is sold out and not to bother continuing trying to proceed to payment. So from 10.58am I have been patiently trying to work with the system as advised to, and now I have been told don't bother because they are sold out. I have had one in my cart since 10.58am. Please explain how I could not purchase that one! Absolutely poor, poor handling JBHiFi.

purchased and paid for an item on 28th OCT on line , as JB listed it as online only , WAITED 3 WEEKS , no item no email . could not find a phone number , so i call a local JB store . i explained , the said they cannot get in touch but will email them and they will reply . again a week goes bye and still nothing , no item no email . so today 27th NOV went into the local JB store and explained . sales guy said to email them as they are a different business . no they are not .it' JB ONE AND THE SAME . NOW THEY HAVE CALLED THE MANAGER . the manager phoned the online order place . she then told me the order was cancelled JUST ONE HOUR AGO. when i asked why , discontinued this or that . she then said well they never took the payment for it . YES THEY DID YOU IDIOT AS I HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM PAYPAL STATING SO . ALSO NO EMAIL TO SAY WHY IT WAS CANCELLED . So thanks for nothing and your staff need a lot of training in customer service as you have no clue . i will never spend another cent at JB
