there is no way to resolve a problem as you can only speak with overseas call centres there is no transparency only call centres and they have taught their call centre staff to simply repeat the same phrases over and over again i hope Bonza airlines succeed this is not the first time i have had unsatisfactory service but this is the first time i have complained I was on the ph 22 hours last week and so far today i have been on the ph 4hrs trying to speak to their finance department and am now on hold listening to the inane m usic .think it is time to call the ombudsman

Vietnam Airline 3856 operated by CAMBODIA ANGKOR AIR transfer from Vietnam, check in office not allow you to check in as they are not relate to Jetstar airline, they are totally operated separately airlines, no transfer arrangement for you, and you require a transit visa.

Whoever arrange this itinerary should check information or do your research if they are work or not. Don't make double to passenger who purchase your ticket.

about time the seats were re padded! also need a "REAL CLEAN" with cleaning /disinfectant wash , just spraying "glen20" does not remove food and grubbiness from seats and hand/arm rests or other surfaces. nothing smells clean any more. Also there is a lack of professionalism , I know we are known as the "friendly" Country but the matey and guys banter from the pilot to the cabin crew is a bit too un professional. an excuse me Sir or Madam rather than "can I get you guys anything?" from the stewardess . thankyou .

I have no words, I wrote to Gareth Evans and his PA (Meg) said someone would call that was yesterday. NO-ONE has called. my family are still not home and now I am not sure that my grandson has a seat on the plane, a lady in the Philippines is telling me not to worry....They were due home 2 days ago. 10 of 11 people travelling have seats allocated on the Sydney to Perth leg but not my grandson. The lady in Brisbane told my daughter-in-law not to worry it will be sorted out by the time they get to Sydney. But according to their website there are no seats. I have checked his booking ans there is no seat allocation....

I am not sure how Australia deals with customer service but in America we expect continuous contact until the matter is resolved. I reached out to the CEO with no response I am now contacting the government business oversight board to understand why this organization is allowed to operate with impunity and not return customer money when the purchase legally declared that to be the case. It is operating fraudulently and I will not be subject to the whims of a large corporation which seems to act with impunity.

( booking KQYE3E ,HBT -MEL) , flight departure time altered meaning I miss my connection home from Melbourne meaning an overnight stay in Melbourne. Contacted call centre requesting a flight credit or refund denied ,offered an earlier flight which I had no way of making .Jetstar corporate just don't care which is a shame as I've always found the airport and flight crew staff pleasant and helpful
