Have a lg front loader washer that’s leaking water despite the water tap being turned off.
No customer service help
LG has NO concept of customer service.
The name of the department should be changed to Customer FRUSTRATION.
The offshore call center has protracted delays and poor English comprehension (unfortunately). Further they are unable to provide any satisfaction as to process, Extended holding and line drop outs characterize this adding significantly to the frustration. The LG web page suggests they are completely transparent. Not how I found it. Is the management at LG so incapable of providing customer service they need to hide from their customers?
Terrible product, terrible after service, steer clear of LG.
$5000 plus fridge. Not working and just 12 moths old. Called Customer Care. Yes, you got it. Overseas. Over an hour on the phone. Sent receipt as requested. Told me I would get a call before end of day yesterday. Now the end of the second day. Nothing. I have sent about 10 emails. One reply ignoring my request for a service call but thanking me for email. Never LG again. Trying to get hold of the CEO but guess what? You cannot speak to anyone in Australia. Just overseas. And they can’t help. Trying A Current Affair on TV now. They may get my fridge fixed.
The most pathetic customer service I've ever dealt with treated with contempt, will never buy from these clowns again, literally can't contact within Australia recorded message states leave a message, then says can't leave message to many messages on box...what a joke, NEVER AGAIN.
I have in the past two years purchaser a big screen TV as well as a top load washing machine from Harvey Norman at Bundall on the Gold Coast
Both were covered by the standard warranty
The TV lasted just over 12 months and the picture tube had issues I had to replace the TV
The Washing machine also lasted just over 12 months and I have had to replace parts as it would not operate
As a coincidence both products just outside the warranty period. Does one have to purchase additional warranty to have any reliability
This is a disgrace and LG should be ashamed of its products
Had to return to retailer a T.V. for manufacturing fault, call centre experience satisfactory, both overseas & customer service rep. in Sydney, thanks Lisa Robertson for your understanding & co- operation, however instead of offerong me a store credit from the retailer where purchased, I really wished you had been prepared to negotiate a price on the Nanocell 91, Ireally would have preferred to add some dollars to the $ 2995 I spent rather than spend that amount of money on a competitors brand of T.V. I was really disappointed not to be able to purchase the Nanocell 91, an unusual business model, I feel the Nanocell 91 is far superior to its competitors & would have been proud to own & recommend this product.
I'd give NO stars if that was possible
LG washing machine,
It was repaired 3 times within 12 months and started leaking again. Then after 4 weeks with 4 children and no washing machine, LG said it was our fault because the water pressure was 9 and not within the 5-8 range. So no refund no fix nothing...however their service providers had been the last people to fix it. Very disappointed as I have a house full of LG products. Customer Service team was also very poor. I purchase for global organisations but will never buy this product again.
Dissapointed with the service provided by LG and backup of spare parts.
The fridge cost $4500.00 and is only 5 years old. There officials service agents report states its a faulty of internal wiring . But the comments from LG customers service is I have had a good run with this door in door refrigator?
Even after taking additional cover on from Harvey Norman's at the time of purchase an additional 3 year.
Think twice before you buy any LG products
