I am reluctant to even give a 1 star rating after the level of cutsomer service I received from your customer call centre in regards to a cancelled online order which was canceled due to no stock yet that exact product was still available online to purchase for delivery.
Haleema went out of her way to accost me and tell me I was rude when I was simply asking relevant questions about the cancellation of my order. I then have asked for her name to which she refused to give. I was then hung up on after asking her to confirm which stores had the product. I then rang back to only be hung up on straight away by Cindous.
I have then called back a third time to an amazing staff member named Mariana who provided names for the previous two staff members and spoke to her supervisor about the situation and both were unsure as to why my order was cancelled yet was still available online to purchase. Mariana was went out of her way to find which stores had the product and attempted to call two stores to make sure the product was available. Unfortunately being Saturday the stores phones were not answered. I however drove to Castle Hill to be served by Deepali who was the most customer focused staff member who went out of her way to find the only one of the product in store for me which was hidden the back. Her service benefited myself and also encouraged me to buy more items that I had originally not purchased on my online order.
Myer needs to reflect greatly on who they hire to deal with customer resolutions as I have never had to experience such an event that could've been easily resolved. If possible Myer needs to review there online stock levels to prevent any future online cancellations. I definitely will not be utilising your online services again.

They didn’t know what street in Melbourne they worked from or suburb but assured me they were in Melbourne.
I placed an online order and the item was available at my closest myer store and plenty of stock. Delivery should be 2 to 3 business days.
Instead it’s coming from interstate and taking 2 weeks. This is very poor management and customer service. I would not have used the convenience of online shopping if I had known it was coming from interstate.
Myer what has happened to you ? Once my all time favourite store for service quality and never changing dependability. I felt a shift when first viewed your "Christmas " t.v. campaign SHOCKING (have to turn chanel cant watch it) then a visit to the city of Brisbane store and the MAGIC feeling was gone that undeniably MYER QUALITY ATMOSPHERE gone...whilst there i believe i lost the jacket i was wearing left in change room so thought i would call up lost property....customer service no longer an option at Myer last hour being redirected from robot to robot without success eventually after holding hung up on....then on third attempt was redirected to a CALL CENTRE IN INDIA who was very helpful but eventually told me she could not reach the store either and suggested i tried to call again... sorry myer after over 60 years you have lost me....

Since yesterday I have tried to spend $2,000 for a mattress. Today I rang 1300 112 460 to be connected to my closest store Charlestown twice each time I was forwarded to the Parramatta Store, the team member each time said this happens all the time but the management don’t listen to us. No wonder the Myer business is just surviving what an opportunity for some astute business operators.
Thought I placed my order but it didn’t go through. The next day is they changed the free shipping minimum and I call (3 times to get through) and they wouldn’t honour the shipping- I even had proof I tried to place the order the night before. (The change was unexpected too, it had been free shipping over $49 since I can remember!) they were very rude on the phone cutting me off and saying we can’t take responsibility for you not checking out... I don’t feel it’s about responsibility, it was just rubbish talk to be honest. It is also very hard to get in contact with customer service at Myer and when you finally do to be spoken to like that.. well makes you not want to shop there again!

Submitted a complaint 2 years ago and haven’t heard back from them. It was regarding staff behaviour attitude and behaviour towards customers. Myers inaction and complaints handling process is so ineffective it’s a joke! When you search for “complaints” the only information presented has to do with credit card complaints. I’m guessing the number of complaints here is the reason they don’t display their complaints contact info. I haven’t bought from Myers since! Staff need more training and to be better humans because the ones at the Canberra city store are so obnoxious!
I love Myer. I had an issue with a refund. I called them up. Someone answered straight away. It turned out the issue was a problem with my credit card so the lady transferred the money to my account on the spot. Awesome dealing with Myer as always.
I bought a beautiful cup and saucer online a few weeks ago.
This item was then refunded by email (unavailable). I noted on the website that the same item was now available only instore.
I went instore to buy it and there were NO items available in that design. The sales assistant kindly checked availability and found that Maroochydore had 22 items in this design!!! No Myer store in NSW (where I live) had any at all!!! I have spent weeks fruitlessly searching for this range. Too much effort for no result.
Not a good place to work. Pay low, hours long and managers in support office think that making profits are more important then anything else. Fellow employees back stab against each other and once you leave, none of them care to know how you are.
