Went to Northlakes store to print photos. Had to keep getting up to find someone for help. No staff and who were there couldn’t give us the time. Won’t go there again and didn’t end up getting the photos right.

I will elaborate on the completely un satisfying transaction that has been inflicted on me at a later date as I now am running around like a blue-arse fly attempting to source the iPhone I was meant to click and collect after driving up to Canberra, no email as yet as to where it is but the order was not processed contrary to the invoice if have.

Have placed an order for two mobile phones which I was told were in stock. This was on the 19 Jan and I still dont have them 10 days later. Have called head office manybtimes and was on hold for 45mins and gave up. I have called the store and they told my they cant do anthing and to call the head office. I ask for my money back and was told they cant do anything. This is not how to run a buisness, give me my order or my money back now.
Tried to ring office works Noarlunga today with no luck. i was on the phone for 43 min no one answered. So i thought i would ring officeworks corporate head office, Headquarters rang them twice, guess what.. no Answer. no one picked up the phone. I have had this problem in the past well before covid, so they can't use that as an excuse. This is not something i could do on line, needed to speak to someone. Bad customer service. I will take my business else where.
Officework Staff are generally good in customer care. They are helpful. However, I came across, few no care attitude members working at South Bank (South Melbourne Victoria). This clearly shows what kind of poor management in this branch. I faced this several times. Some of them have "take it or leave it attitude/no care attitude". Some of them just ignore you. Pretend didn't hear you. This is re purchase made on 26/09/2023, at 14:46PM.

I bought a $100 Ink Set for my printer. I tried one cartridge but it turned out the printer needed replacing. I asked for but was NOT given a refund on my now completely useless $100 worth of ink. The Manager on duty (Tuggeranong, Canberra) was very young and I can't help but think a more experienced manager would have been more understanding. Now I don't really feel like shopping there again.

I was treated like a criminal when speaking with your support staff member yesterday trying to sort out my credit card issue.
I accidentally made an error when entering my details after placing an online order and my order was rejected - this was fair enough. However, after calling up (had to wait for 35 min as well) to fix the issue and provide any further ID necessary, the support member said that he couldn't do that as it was against company policy! WTF!!! He then went on to tell me that I could no longer purchase anything online from Officeworks. There was NO opportunity to 1) find out where the problem was and 2) A process to make it right or provide further proof of ID. Basically, I was shut down. I work from home in Melbourne and need to get supplies - can't go in-store so online is the only way. Sort this out Officeworks - totally disgusted with my lack of support and lack of communication!!!
