Do they ever answer their phone at East Perth

Why advertise you open at 8am and then never answer your bloody phone.....hopeless...will go to Harvey Norman in West Perth

I bought a $100 Ink Set for my printer. I tried one cartridge but it turned out the printer needed replacing. I asked for but was NOT given a refund on my now completely useless $100 worth of ink. The Manager on duty (Tuggeranong, Canberra) was very young and I can't help but think a more experienced manager would have been more understanding. Now I don't really feel like shopping there again.

I was treated like a criminal when speaking with your support staff member yesterday trying to sort out my credit card issue.

I accidentally made an error when entering my details after placing an online order and my order was rejected - this was fair enough. However, after calling up (had to wait for 35 min as well) to fix the issue and provide any further ID necessary, the support member said that he couldn't do that as it was against company policy! WTF!!! He then went on to tell me that I could no longer purchase anything online from Officeworks. There was NO opportunity to 1) find out where the problem was and 2) A process to make it right or provide further proof of ID. Basically, I was shut down. I work from home in Melbourne and need to get supplies - can't go in-store so online is the only way. Sort this out Officeworks - totally disgusted with my lack of support and lack of communication!!!

I sent two emails two weeks ago regarding printing, i ahve had no response.

NO one answers the phone at the Kew store, and the head office number i am on hold forever.

I am trying to print, i upload my documents and it says its complete however the docs are not in my cart. i have tried numerous times.



Very frustrating.

Pathetic service. No Officework Store is prepared to answer the fricken phone. Any store from Dandenong Sth, Frankston, etc...I understand Covid but to not answer your phones even at 8.30am and trying for over 3 hours to be disconnected. Who the hell do I speak to regarding my order??!! Pathetic and last time I will purchase anything from your stores. Total pissed off.

Today after 8 hours working in my shop I went to Albury office work i asked for a print out a return label From amazon) to present to post

office The lady responded totally I respectful and did counting without giving me any response she asked to someone else to do her job he came and I did send again to office work email address after I asked the second person what she didn’t say anything soon after she came back with other person so I spent time but my job is not done!!!!

What do you think if it this happen to you ????

Last Friday I went to the Ballarat office works store to buy a keyboard for my iPad Air 3 . Nothing wrong with the product but the staff were beyond rude showing no interest weather I bought the product or not . I come. I’m From Warrnambool and I nearly went to JB Hifi but didn’t know where the shop was . Just a little bit of courtesy would been nice . No more office works for me .

Absolute worst telephone service ever. No matter which store I call, you make a selection (I tried them all) and then you get disconnected. Absolutely shocking.

I ordered a phone for click and collect at end of January and it keeps being delayed. Two emails and a messenger message have gone unanswered. Very disappointed with Officeworks, will not trust them with an order again.

We were assisted by Elka at Bondi Junction on our last 2 visits and have to say how helpful and patient she was helping us with our photo printing. We would have been struggling without her help and Officeworks is very lucky to have staff like her.
