Ordered pizza from your Morayfield Queensland store… Burnt and not edible rang the store and was told they looked fine..
If i could give a minus star i would. Pizza rrived late because driver got lost. Called to check what was going on with the driver and was put on hold for over 27 minutes when they disconnected my call. When Pizza and sides finally arri ed they were cold. Called back to et a refund and was given the nu.er of the store to try and get it myself. Got through to the shop and was told they would contact me on Monday (this was a Friday evening). For shame pizza hut with all your profits i suggest you put some of the money you receive back into retraining staff and making sure your drivers know the area they're working in....last time I'll order another pizza from pizza hut
Absolutely terrible !! We updated our address on the app being long time customers did everything properly and our pizzas managed to get ordered from a different state and delivered to our old address as a posed to where we currently live in another state at a new address. Tired to contact the store to cancel the order and organise a refund or transfer of funds to in person order in store and the WA store over a near 2 hour period did not answer the phone at all intact it diverts to a mobile number and goes straight to voice mail. You call the head office (13 times thus far for us) to make a complaint and organise use for a refund and you just sit on hold constantly or get asked to leave a voice mail current call today 1hr 13 mins sitting on hold with out talking to a sole. All we want if a refund of our money ($65) or a transfer of credit to the store in the state we live in that is local to us and you literally can not get ahold of anyone in store or in the head office. It’s absolutely disgusting and terrible service and we will NEVER EVER use Pizza Hut ever again !! Fix your app fix your store phones and get your head office team to answer the phones or voice mail messages left not to mention get your store manager to actually contact and call unhappy customers back or better yet answer the stores phone all together and fix issues that customers have when simply requesting and wanting a refund !! Worst service and management we have ever come across
Hi I want to complain and let you know I went to Pizza Hut Nundah, Brisbane QLD today I asked him for an offer two for one Tuesday offer I said to him make me a pepperoni pizza but don’t put pepperoni on half he said I can’t do that m gonna have to charge you extra I said what for I said never mind if I ask for super supreme and don’t want pineapple on it will you charge me less then he was so rude & making faces which I didn’t like it at all then I said you are so rude aren’t you? He said YES! I was like wtf then I asked him to call the manager his exact words were what manager I AM THE FUCKING OWNER, I said fuck that m not taking the pizza then . ruined my pizza vibe which is definitely a big shame for you guys 👎
I can't rate my order because you don't have a negative "star".
I spent over an hour trying to order 2 pizzas and 2 sides firstly through the internet; then phoning the local store at Deeragun to check if in fact they had received the order.
The young lady kept her calm - which was admirable.
Because I was ropable over the poor ordering system on the internet ( I have ordered before without a problem). Perhaps the software people are having a difficult time.
I did talk with an actual human - at the local shop who told me that they did not have my order; then I order the 1300 number and talked to another lady - they both seem to have gone through how to deal with a difficult customer. Unfortunately neither seem to have gone through good customer service. I was told I must do this, I must do that - no ownership on their part; no compassion.
I told the last young lady I would no longer patronise Pizza Hut. I have had enough. My anxiety levels are through the roof thanks to the responses I got. Is this your company's policy?
All I wanted to do was order a pizza.

Absolutely disgusting service!!! Couldn’t get in to collect order as there was a road accident stopping all traffic for hours. Rang the Deeragun store to cancel told it would be refunded and it’s been over 5 days still no refund. Have rung several times and told the same lies that the manager has refunded the money it will be there in 3-5 days...... absolutely disgusting to still have to be waiting for so long
I ordered Pizza Hut meal from Cambridge Park Gardens NSW last night , the food was delivered by Uber Eats when we opened the chips in the meal their was human hair through the chips and over the inside of the box . Spoke to the Manager Laura and all she can do is blame Uber eats and not take any responsibility that they cooked and packed the food also but sadly can’t pinpoint if the store dropped hair in the food or the Uber driver . Their customer service staff need to learn professionalism so does the manager . Have photos of the contaminated food and taking it further .
1hr 40min wait to get un cooked pizzas. This is the second time in a row I wont be back for a third.
I don’t understand anymore delivery is contracted out to who ever, ordered a pizza at 5.30 pm tonight through menu log because that’s how it’s done now.
It’s now 7.30 pm and no pizza. So we can’t call menu log reference to the internet, can’t call Pizza Hut.
So not impressed should have supported the local pizza shop
