A road rage incident happened to myself and my mother in my vehicle by the driver of a repco Ute belonging to the maroochydore store on the Sunshine Coast. My mother is 89yrs old and was physically shaken by this incident. I have phoned the manager of this store with no result and apology from the driver which I have asked for. In other words this behaviour is condoned by this manager. Bad look by this company witnesses too this incident saw Repco written all over the Ute.

I have never received such bad customer service, the staff member looked like it was a real effort to get off the chair to serve me. When she did get up she did not smile she did not greet me nicely. Worst customer service ever. ( Blonde young lady with weird coloured hair name tag started with a "J" )

Bought a mechanic shop the local Repco manager told his employees if we order items make us wait to receive as he does not like one of my employees ! I test run and bought something it took three weeks to get here will never buy anything again .

I bought a radiator for my patrol repco said it was the right one a day later on my way home from work it overheated my car now i took it to the nissan mechanic now they're saying repco sold me the wrong radiator now there might be damage in my engine

i have a complaint about your lawnton store in qld. last thurs night i ordered some oil online but it was listed as GF-S in the ad but it showed on the paper work as GF-5. completely unsuitable for my vehicle. i cancelled this straightaway but i had paid for it. i sent an email straightaway to the store saying i wanted a refund,i sent an email to you at head office straightaway and i contacted paypal as well all of which said they notified the store. i then received an email friday saying the item was being dispatched by toll. i rang the store and was told it had just been picked up by toll but they would contact toll and stop the delivery and get back to me,i heard nothing. i rang again sunday as i had still heard nothing and was told by Shawn he would check first thing monday with Deb the dispatcher and get back to me nothing again. i rang around 11.30 this morning and was told toll had been contacted and it would be coming back to them but i had towait till they got it back before i would get my refund,WHY? its in there hands,they stuffed up the listing i did everything i could to sort there mess and i'm left waiting for MY MONEY! not acceptable and i will never deal with repco again. you have no idea what customer service is. 3 emails,3 phone calls and i'm still waiting for my money. incredible hide on your companies part.

A couple of days ago I was served by a young lady called Ella at your store in Morley, Western Australia. I am a retired sales manager and I just wanted to say that it is very hard to find young people so committed and so helpful as was Ella. She was polite and very helpful in finding the correct oils and filters and some other parts I was chasing for two of my vehicles. Congratulations on your choosing Ella as part of your sales team, I think she is a great asset to the group.

Called into BYRON BAY Repco on my way thru travelling

Absolutely Disgraceful store

No CEILING, Look up and its tin roof , NO AIRCON 1 pathetic little fan

carpet old and marked

I had to say to salesmen ill wait outside for my oreder

Because it was just to DAMN HOT in the store

Repco you should be ASHAMED of yourself

Head office WOULDNT work under thrse conditions

So why make someone else

AND how these men work under these conditions is beyond me

I recently bought an amplifier which was faulty and was not aware that Repco do not give a refund on a faulty item.

Instead it has to go through a warranty process, so if you need an item urgently and the first one is faulty you will have to buy another at your expense. I don't know what would happen then? (Maybe you're stuck with two of the items).

I have checked that this is policy with Head Office and it is!

In future I will be sticking with Supercheap or Autobahn.
