It seems that it does not matter which Stratco you go to they all ignore you, do not respond to your emails or calls. They just want your money and then forget all about you. Some of their dealers/installers are the same, build your structure, take your money, and just treat your like you’re just a pain if you complain about leaking, or structural integrity or if the structure is out of alignment, or if there are damages done to other parts of your property by their tradesmen it’s like a real big effort just to come back and look. They will also refuse to repair/replace their damages and try to brush it off onto other trades. Will not now or ever again use or recommend a stratco product or dealer/installer to anyone ever again.
*STAY AWAY*
I placed an order on the 1st November and tried to call on the 4th November to cancel, as the lead time and product was not on line with my project .I called 5 times finally spoke to one person and told me they would get back to me , no go ,hours later I called again and talked to Tanisha from the Thornton Store NSW who originally to my payment , I tried to explain I needed to cancel the order as she stated 3/ 4weeks delivery she was forcefully stating that I had signed off the quote so no refund.
I was unable to state my case as she kept talking over me using the excuses . If they have not started the job why can’t I cancel , then she hung up the phone on me

“BEWARE OF THIS STORE”
This company I would not recommend to anybody. I have never dealt with a bunch of incompetent staff in my entire life. They took my money for $1,500 and the order was never delivered on-time. This order was made on 13th December 2021 and today is 9th February 2022.
The order was delayed for 3 days initially and then from due date they promised that the order would come everyday that I rang. I lost $500 to cover tradies waiting to do the job. Since the tradies left I told them that I no longer require my order. Until now they promised to refund but nothing has happened. I am patiently waiting for them to refund while waiting for Fair Trading to step in. No one would call me back after leaving many messages. They just throwing the request I have back and forward. I don’t want anyone experience the same as myself do yourself a great favour and never order or recommend this company to anybody as they don’t care about customer service.
Was in on the weekend no one approached us when we went to find someone to help all having a conversation between themselves, once we got our products to purchase and went to pay all of the sales team seemed to be occupied with customers even though they were aware we needed to pay no one seemed to be bothered and after 10 to 14 minutes of waiting they seemed to be more upset with me that I was not happy to have waited so long, poor effort on behave of staff really need to have someone looking after register. Will not recommended or revisit this poor customer service store.
You Archerfield store does not return phone calls. Waited 3 hours to place an order, and now have to move customer back 2 days on her job, because will not receive materials on time. This is NOT the first time either. Get your act together and answer your phones.
