I have been trying to contact someone to speak with all day and all I can seem to get are Robots, Can't get any sense out of them at all. I need to discuss my Bill which has doubled since I paid my last months account The service from Telstra when making enquiries I'd Pathetic. I will be going straight to the Ombudsman

Telstra Customers service is absolutely appalling I have been trying to talk to someone on the phone for nearly 3 months all your get is a recorded message it’s disgraceful. We all need to get together and take out a class action because we are all not getting the quality customer service that is part of our contract.They take our money but provide us with a very poor service.Telstra should be held accountable.I gave one star that is to high for this bad service .I totally agree with the other reviews and you can’t blame covid19 as Telstra was extremely bad before this virus started or they are doing is using it for an excuse to justify there poor customer service .SHAME SHAME, Shame.

What a joke: this is our national telecom? They have gone completely missing in action during this pandemic. They will not answer your call. Full stop. Cutting service due to Covid19? You have it completely wrong, Telstra! This is when you had the opportunity to show your mettle, and you have been found wanting. A telecom which cannot answer calls due to isolation: have you ever heard of teleworking? Everyone else can do it, so why not you? Farewell Telstra, you lost all my family accounts.

Dealing witH Telstra is absolutely horrendous, no one to speak with, continually cut off on 25/7 live chat with the message THERE IS NO 24/7 LIVE CHAT AVAILABLE. Then rang Telstra & got a link to messaging service to which there has been NO RESPONSE FOR 3 DAYS still waiting. ITS HOW WE CONNECT. BYE BYE TELSTRA after 55 year association. PS There should be availability for a NO STAR review as 1 Star is flattering.

Over the past week, my Bigpond webmail has been slowly degraded in loading speed to the point where it now "times out". I cant access my emails on your Bigpond email address, but I still receive them on my MS Outlook client. Your digital help guide is useless for my problem. I have had the same experience as below trying to get your technical support, until one of YOUR phone numbers connected me to an NBN technician, who kindly accessed your "gate keepers" and found out for me yesterday YOU have a problem. Just tell us that and fix it.

ZERO stars. My Telstra email has not been working for 26 days now. Cannot access important documents and emails that I need to be able to review. Made a complaint to Telstra that they have TOTALLY IGNORED!!!!! Gave me a phone number to call that only has a pre-recorded message (and I have video and audio of it) that tells me to call back during business hours. I called at 9.55am, 11.30am, 9.30 am and 1.40pm on various days and the pre-recorded message is the same.

Now I am going to take Telstra to the Magistrates Court to get out of my contract with them, as they ARE THE WORST TELCO in Australia, and the only reason I have sued them for 13 years, is the email address that I now cannot access. Please Australia - STOP USING TELSTRA, OPTUS and TPG are much better with coverage that is almost as good.

6 weeks and unable to fix our emails.... Can I charge you Telstra for the amount of time that I have spent on trying to get this problem fixed... Whats the point of having a contact number if I cannot speak to anyone, it looks like you are quite embarrassed about how bad the service we Aussies are receiving from you, as this morning as an example, I have tried to call to speak to a human x 12 times and each time, your automated service discontinues my call advising to send a message, which never gets answered. My email addresses have been deactivated by your technicians ( according to the message I get ) but there is absolutely no reason on my behalf, why this has happened ( account always paid on time ) and no one is able to help me... My business is being affected by the continual bad service I am receiving....
