Andersen bedside table. If anyone else can understand this, then great, I'm not an idiot. I have been telling T&W for weeks, there are no pre-drilled holes to put the runners on for the drawers. Not the middle self tapper, but the pre-drilled holes. I keep getting the same response, saying holes 1 & 2 are pre-drilled aaaahhhhh, and the middle one is a self tapper. How many times can I tell them , there are no predrilled 1 & 2 holes. Run, run, run.
Steer clear. No one answers the phone number if there is a problem. It is all via pre populated emails and absolutely hopeless. Do not buy anything from this company. You will regret it.
No stars! 6 weeks later no item that is paid for, a whole lot of details in regards to this order untrue and incorrect.
Sent me chasing the courier company who had my item apparently but they had no record of my tracking number or order. Was told I would be contacted to receive help on this atter but no contact. If I had not chased them around I would have heard nothing. Still not couch, on the phone with them at the moment and they are telling me it’s on back order while online it says there are 10 in stock and will be dispatched in one day. I have never had such bad service in my life! I would advise anyone, and I work with a lot of people and in media to stay well away from this company that promotes itself as something it is definitely not. It is no stars but they won’t allow you to give them none
This was my 1st order With T&W. I ordered a Bono Fido House Top Mombasa Bird Cage in early October 2020. Delivery time was good. However I was unable to have it erected until 2/12/20 as needed someone to do for me.
I offered a donation to a charity person to do for me as a business had quoted me $70 per hour, which I couldn’t afford and thought outrageous rate.
So when it was assembled, which took part of 2 days to do, it was bent in some of the tracks and the bottom tray, which slid along two tracks, was not wide enough and fell straight through.
The man had to return the next day after having to purchase a metal strip to attach to slide track so that it would stay in. He also had to purchase some timber to pot rivet to both sides of the frame as there were large gaps too.
I am really disappointed with my purchase as it ended up costing me more money and also inconvenience in time with the erection process.
All I can say is that I’m thankful I hadn’t used the $70 per hour people.
Is there any way I can receive an apology by way of a credit or gift card for my trouble?
Very disappointed with the level of customer service ! I received only 2 boxes out of the 5 for my bed and there is no direct contact to the supplier for me to speak with to see where they are! I now have been told to wait 24-48 hrs by customer service as they also need to hear back from the supplier via email about the missing boxes...
Surely there is a Phone number they can call ??

The delivery came, but with two more, witch I didn’t order? Now waiting for my money to refunded. Not very professional.
The most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. Over promise under deliver, DO NOT ORDER with this company, customer service is shocking. Cancelled our order after 5 weeks of waiting.
Do NOT buy from this company. Product delivered incomplete and no one will talk to us. Worst service ever.
Despite placing only 1 order and only receiving one order confirmation, Temple & Webster duplicated my order. In doing so, they charged me $943.95 twice. Despite returning the "un-ordered" goods, they have refused to refund the $943.95 overcharged. So much for purchasing on-line. Never again with Temple & Webster!!
Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Despite repeated emails and phone calls to which response is a bland “sorry ” there is no follow up communication apart from automated response to say we will get neck to you within 7 days. While the products are appealing I would strongly recommend you stay away from temple and Webster.
