Bupa dural
Management Christine is a disrespectful bad mannered person no compassion no care talks out loud I came to visit mum and the way I saw Christine yelling and abusing staff is beyond words disgraceful christine the manager should not run a home like dural.
Very disappointing with the type of management they hire so inexperienced
After being with Bupa for 27 years
I was given a quote to add my husband onto my policy even paid the quote price twice now I’ve been informed that they made a mistake with price so they now have increased the price
When trying to get the matter sorted with Bupa they sent me out the form to cancel my policy as they just simply did not won’t to admit they are in the wrong
Not a proper private medical insurance since it only covers me for approx 20% of my private surgeons fees . Just not good enough and time to wake up .
Having tried to ring Bupa dural for two days seeking to speak to a resident without success, I can only say that the service levels leave a lot to be desired. All promises to get back to me were not met and I can only say that the service levels at Dural are non existent.
A very disappointing experience which leaves me feeling very sorry for the resident I have been trying to contact who is at the end of their life in this poor care facilit.
