Appalling customer service. Absolutely disgusting words and dismissal from customer service agent who multiple times refused to put me to another attendant. Impossible to get a hold of in the first place to sort the issue only to deal with such dismal behaviour. I will never order from Hisense again.

Horrible customer service i have been dealing with a warranty claim that is 5 months old and still no progress in getting the issue resolved... do not buy hisense
If I could give a negative score I would. Purchased a front loader washing machine and a heat pump dryer. Both machines faulty. Spent hours of my life dealing with customer service, service technicians and tried escalating as well. They make it impossible to actually get a matter resolved and say empty phrases about sorry for the inconvenience and apologise for our error but do nothing to actually rectify. I will never buy a Hisense product again and I would encourage everyone to look at another brand.
Customer service is rubbish dont answer calls or emails ive been on phone all day tried 5 different numbers no1 answers.. will never buy another product from them...
