What a joke 55 min on hold no answerr.
Nike product delivered - stained filthy show. Called to complain. Was told I can take it to post office to return and wait a month for my money back. Is daughters birthday on weekend. International call centre said 'its the process, then hung up on me. Disgraceful service.
If I could rate nothing I would. Worst service ever waiting 2 months on how to actually return 2 faulty pairs of runners. Honestly a large corporation with the worst service ever. Terrible Nike
Order placed 14th Aug20 (birthday present for children) to date 9th Sept,order has not been delivered. Nike says followup with Aust.Post. Spoke to Aust.Post, they say get addressee to follow up. Imagine getting 10year olds to follow up.
Ordered a hoodie on 19/8/20.
Consistently checked tracking and wasn't leaving the Melbourne processing facility.
Called customer support on two occasions and they provided no clarity.
Called on 14/9/20 and demanded another to be resent with express postage.
No option except a refund and for me to reorder!
This was a special gift and now will not be possible.

Can someone please explain how the new Nike Pegasus 37 can be a running shoe when it is coming apart after only 2 months. These shoes have a price tag of $180.00. The toe area is ripping and also the inner rim of the shoe. Nike advises the shoe had been worn too much.. Expect to be throwing these shoes out after 2 months..
On the 23rd of October 2020 I bought a pair of running shoes on their website. During shipping, they had lost my purchase via their partner (Australlia Post) I then rang their customer service and inquired to their next step - they asked me to wait until the investigation was completed. Few days later I rang them back to follow up and they gave me the same running commentary ( investigation is ongoing) I then requested to speak to their supervisor and asked to why this was taking so long - and she replied that Aust post hadn't replied to their query. I then asked if I should call Auspost and see if I can expedite the process to which she replied "yes, if you want". The same day I called Austpost to explain the problem and they immediately sent me a official document to certify that they have regrettably lost my item. I then sent an email to Nike with an attachment from Austpost . Speaking to them today 23.11.202 they are now saying this case is still ongoing and they cannot refund until they hear from Austpost (Considerig I have provided a document) So after following up with Austpost - it turned out to be a waste of time and effort considering I am the customer and should not have to be chasing up Austpost (UNBELIEVABLE). This has been a horrible experience - Just horrible. I've been buying their product for well over 30 years now. There is nothing genuine about their empathy, and it" the same predicted narrative.
I purchased a pair of Nike's 270 Black and white sneakers 7 days ago on full price and few days later I received an email that Nike Miranda the store I purchased the shoes from is 20% off store wide. I came to the store to refund and re purchase the same item if the store didn't have the same style of sneakers for men as when I purchased the shoes the store didn't have the men's size for my son and I end up buying the women shoes. It has been used once and is in perfect condition.
The manager in the store wasn't happy at all and told me no refunds or exchanges were allowed and she tried to intimidated me by taking photos of the shoes in my face. However, this was upsetting and humiliating as she did refund garments of clothing to a couple in front of me. Can you please tell me what was the difference between them and me? refunds and returns were not allowed? Everyone should be treated equally and I didn't expect less from a well recognised brand as Nike.
I'm certain she believed I didn't understand what she was telling me due to my accent and she tried to make me go away every instant. Before I came to the store I did read Nike's returns policy which allows 60 days for the refund and returns of items if customers changed their minds even thought the items was used for trial and 30 days in Australia. For my surprised the manager told me Nike in Miranda doesn't belong to Nike but instead belongs to Retail Prodigy which I couldn't understand how your policies changed even thought it's a franchise.
When I asked where your conditions and exclusions could be found she didn't know where to find them and she told me it could be seen on the receipt which she showed me but no conditions or exclusions weren't included and customers could not have a read. At this point she showed me the one you have for sales assistants which is useless from a customer's point of view as how do you expect to read and have knowledge of it when its not public.
I wouldn't mind coming back and forth but I live an hour away.Thank you in advance. Hope to hear from you soon.
