I sent a complaint via the Red Rooster website on 19/05/22 concerning Kelvin Grove, Brisbane and the lack of food provided for the money I paid. It is now 26/05/22 and no response to complaint. Not very good form. We were regular customers, but no longer due to quality of food provided with last order and lack of response from Red Rooster regarding our complaint.
well i just got red rooster in albany worst sevice ever with any fastfood store i have eatin at got a online del was 1hr 15 mins late and was wrong order please head office sack your manager there he told me his name was felix but it sounded like a lie and i rang three times with no help NOT HAPPY TELLING EVERYONE MY EXPERIENCE
My experience with Red Rooster in Lithgow is discusting. The venue is so run down with tables missing, wires hanging from walls. The bathrooms are absolutely discusting, I don't know when the last time they have been clean even the toilet brush is putrid. The staff take so long to serve customers let alone for the food to come out. The staff seem to considerate on the drive through before customers in store. When the food eventually comes out the order is wrong and or cold. The owner needs to get their finger out and do something about Its. did on online order through you app friday the 5th for 3 rooster roll meals. revieved ripper rolls dropped my order back off at the store and asked for a refund but not recieved my refund
My husband and I frequently go to red rooster at goodna qld however after tonight I am not happy at all
I was refused entry even though they still had 40 mins till closing time and they shut at 10pm I’m here at 9:20pm and closed down all cash tills only eftpos available

Very dissappointed in the store at Bribie Island. 3 times now i have called inti this store to buy lunch around 1pm only to be informed we have no roast chicken. HOW?, Its rediculous to run a business and not be able to supply an order at lunch time. Management and staff need a wakeup
Just saw the latest RR add on TV, shows a person stealing a box of chicken from another person. Really!! With all the juvenile crime engulfing our regional centres here in QLD, how about an add that show the opposite. We don’t need adds that depict criminality.

I find you latest advertisement shocking. A young man on uses his skateboard to steal another man's purchase of a Red Roster Meal.
It's very poor - and the persception is that you condone that behaviour.
I intend to make a complaint to the Australian Advertising Standards.
