Two agents from the Baccus marsh in Victoria LJ hooker have been completely rude, have lied and wasted much of our time on a property.
One of them is the director who was absolutely rude and hung up on me without giving and explanation. And that was the director of that franchise.
I’ve also been trying to make a complaint about the whole situation to head office but can’t ever get a hold of anyone.
The whole experience has been a joke.
They lie and only care about money in there own pockets.

LJ Hooker mismanaged my property from the beginning. They told lies about the tenants. LJ Hooker Kwinana WA is the worse among all.
We have been told your office at Russell Island Qld, that the builder/handyman who worked on a rental property there was within his rights to use an empty trailer which had been borrowed , to dump his debris into and to walk away without any ramifications to us for the abuse of his power. No assistance was forthcoming from the rental manager in regard to this matter and I do not believe her story of 'she had no dealings in this matter so can not help us"
sadly there is none lower. The negligence of the office has almost cost a life, mine in a coma and still they refused to do what needed to be done. They then proceeded to go to businesses and real estates running us down when ever the court has seen the evidence, witness statements are easy to get when the agent has a repulsive reputation for underhanded methods. Budgewoi LJ hooker will chase rent, bring people to your house who assault you and defame your children but won't fix dangerous property then evict you after 4 years of asking for dangers to be removed and trying to blackmail tennant to pay for damages that were present at start of lease. No care for safety or comfort of tennants but every effort to immune landlord from fixing dangers and attributing blame to tennant. They are happy to enforce an illegally prepared lease to suit landlord and distort reality for their own reason with total disregard for the law.
