I have not given a rating as this company has shown itself to be unreliable and not worthy of any sort of rating other than a minus. However rating is required. A package being sent from NSW to Vic was initially to be delivered within 2 days. Now 1 week later no-one at the company knows where the package is.
TNT has just cancelled a Smartsend pick up from Castlemaine as the goods I am sending is not brand new and therefore TNT will not insure. Another blow to rural Australia by TNT.
One of your drivers hit my sons car and there were witnesses that seen the tnt drive go through a giveaway sign and tonne my sons car... we contacted the office in Lismore and they brushed my son off saying it was his fault. We contacted another office where they don’t want to acknowledge the accident. Sad to have to push this further as no one is listening
The accounts department is what lets this company down it is the VERY WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN ! Constant overcharges, ie. charging a Residential delivery surcharge when sending to an AUTOBARN SHOP, the Credit department can't be contacted by phone, and don't reply to emails, the Invoice Queries department is even worse. And then they place you on stop credit for being $20 over due even though an audit of payments and invoices shows you are in credit !
