I spent a career building companies that benefitted Australians like the first online grocery shopping system, the biggest manufacturer of pharmaceutical & agricultural products, the biggest mobile phone network and more. AusPost is the antithesis. I'd say the worst run company in Australia and a company deliberately pretending to be interested in customer service.
Would be no stars if possible. Trying to track or find a lost parcel is near on impossible, would not wish Auspost on my worst enemy.
I was required to give a rating, but Australia Post do not deserve a star. I am so frustrated with the useless Customer Support who keep telling me rubbish that my parcels collected by Australia Post on 28 November 2022 (it's now 15th December), that my parcel will be delivered. It was originally due (as per Contract with Sender) on 30 November until 2nd December. Then I was told the 5th, 6th, 19th, 15th, 28th, 20th, and that is a summary in the sequence I was advised. Now the parcels were taken into the Botany facility on 28 November and whenever a parcel moves, it is the procedure that each item is scanned for tracking purposes. The parcels have not moved. I have asked they check with the Botany Facility several days, ago, but no response - just more stupid delivery dates.
Now my parcels are perishable if not maintained at 6 degrees which is why the Contracted delivery period is 2 to 7 days.
AUSTRALIA POST is a disgrace. The Call Centres are a total joke and do nothing proactive. They are a complete waste of time, and often taken what you have told them and they give it back to you as the solution. It so so frustrating talking to idiots (no other way of describing them I am sorry to say) who do nothing, but waste peoples time and make them more upset than before they contacted Australia Post.
Australian needs to be removed from the name as it is NOT AUSTRALIAN to lie continually to customers.
Post needs to be removed from the name as Australia Post is not in the business of Post. In there offices, it is a Toy shop - completed overflowing with toys!
I am putting a stop payment on the goods, as Australia Post has failed to follow up on any lost items. Obviously my goods, are damaged and may have been stolen. They certainly are NOT BEING DELIVERED. I ALSO don't WANT SPOILT GOODS that should have been delivered weeks ago.
I just wanted an answer as to why emails to info@auspost.com.au are returned. I don't want to sign up to anything. I have an urgent complaint that needs answering.
y’all send a message at 8:12am saying “Want us to leave it if nobody's home? Reply 'Y' “ i message back Y at 8:12am and then at 12:11pm, you send me another message saying “ Sorry, your reply was received too late. The driver has already been to your home”, what kind of bs is that? fix your systems, they are barely functioning

My item was posted 40km from my house in suburban Brisbane it has been collected by Australia post after 4 days I still have not received item. Even after putting in complaint. If I could give 1/2 a star I would. Poor pathetic service.
