Ordered a Gift card 17/07/2020 still have not received it or any notifications Regarding its late arrival ☹️ When Has did complain I was insulted for doing so and they blamed Australia Post... nice.... So sorry to ky son who had to wait for me to be paid again so ai could leave tue house during Covid to go get his present 🎁 I tried to avoid being out in public as we all should be.... Thanks for NOTHING JB Hifi

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, JB had ruled my online transaction as fraudulent, was promised a refund and was told the funds had been sent to my bank. I had to fork out another $1200 in store for my order and I’ve just woken up today 5 days later to find JB have taken another $1200 from my account! There is no one to call and only email complaint options. I will be going into a store today to demand my money back and I will be looking for compensation from jb for the fees and charges my account now has for being over drawn.

My daughter purchased a TV from JB Booragoon. The salesman couldnt of been more helpful, the transaction went smoothly. We had paid the $39 for the next delivery. Toll was to call us 2 hrs prior to delivery. No call was received and no tv was delivered. I sent an email to the store Late Saturday. First thing Sunday Kiren from JB Booragoon called to apologize and offered me a solution straight away, which we were very pleased with. The customer service we received was "OUTSTANDING" - you just couldn't it. I have since told several people of my experience with JB in particular Booragoon Store (Myaree is just a good). Thanks for the great customer service something that is very rare these days.

I went into JB hi fi at warrawong in wollongong and was blown away by the excellent service.The young man was a pure delight his customer service was EXCELLENT his name is Alex.After been given the run around from Telstra AND iprimus.I walk out of the store in ten minutes with a new phone alex solved my problem where they didnt care,im so happy now thanks Alex

After purchasing a Dyson pure heat cool from a job hifi store, it was found to be faulty. Took it back after 5 months as it was faulty. It was returned To Dyson and I had to wait 7 weeks and be without a primary heater in winter. Eventually Dyson decided to give a new replacement. When we picked it up, we were told it did not come with a new 2 year warranty as with a new product. This is totally unsatisfactory. We also purchased extended warranty at the time of the original purchase. I feel JB should have refunded the purchase amount for the original faulty product and then reissued a new receipt and therefore warranty for the new product, as other stores do. The inconvenience of being without a heat source for 7 weeks was bad enough, but this was just a kick in the teeth. I will be getting advice from Fair Trade and will not be purchasing from JB hifi again.

Absolutely shocking service at the Gepps Cross store in Adelaide, impolite staff, totally rude to the customer, if you dare to enquire about anything relating to a purchase you have made. A disgrace to the Retail sector, the majority should be sacked including the managers, who back up their staff and have no regard for the customer. That’s fine become one unhappy customer, will tell a hundred more to not shop there again.

Customer service at jb at front door there is none. Security staff on mobile phones or talking to other people outside the store. Or leaning on the computer tables are not even doing there job. The security and customer service has gone down the drain. I do a lot of interstate travel and need items for my company and go into the jbhifi stores as they have what we need but have noticed over the last few years the front door service is a JOKE. They used to have great service at the front door. You would be welcomed in store said have a nice day as you left NOW you are lucky if you are even looked at. And 99.9% of the staff on the front door not even speaking english are you just putting anyone in that position to make it look like you have someone standing at the door. WHAT A JOKE.. You really need to shape up and get better customer service

Awlful customer service. And No they don’t deserve any stars. I visited the Carindale store on saturday 23/05/2020 and again on Monday 25/05/2020 to purchase either the new Dyson vacuum cleaner or the latest LG vacuum cleaner and there was NO Customer Service what so ever. It wasn’t even though they were busy, the staff were standing at the main enterence having a good old chitchat. Seriously! There are heaps of customer related staff looking for work and JBHI can’t provide any customer service. Shame on you JBHI!!

Anyway due your incompetence I bought my vacuum at Harvey Norman.

Online ordering after purchasing is such a terrible process.

I’ve been waiting on an Apple Watch that is well past the expected arrival date and no one will get back to me or give me an update - such an expensive purchase too.

The lack of communication is appalling. Yes, we have had COVID19 issues but I’ve been dealing with many other leading business and none are at the poor level of service as JB HI-FI.

Your customer service department processes need to be reviewed. Perhaps also you should consider a live chat platform too.

I made a number of in store purchases in the past, including TV and other electrical items but I find this aspect of the business so unprofessional. I will be taking all future business elsewhere
