Attended McDonald's at Riverdale Shopping centre last night only to leave without my ORDER , I cancelled it ,

I left very frustrated and Upset at the LACK OF HYGIENE this McDonald's staff have for the Community while we are in a Pandemic.

Staff where Touching money at customs counter, touching their face, mouth. mic, head set, order screens all while using the same gloves that are serving up customers meals in house or takeaway.... I appreciate thy are working hard but We have just been advised that we Victoria will be going to be going into yet again another lock down due to people NOT BEING COMPLETELY EXERCISING HYGIENE GUIDELINES.

I advised staff of their LACK OF HYGIENE and all I got was a blank stare as she acknowledged that thy had been seen and caught out...

This McDonald's has already been shut down once before due to a COVID19 infection by one of their Drivers.

Will they ever understand that this Pandemic is REAL and they need to ingest it and practice HYGIENE COMPLETELY.

This is sad story about the people at our local McDonalds in Kingston, TN. Me and my wife visit this McDonalds often even though the service is slow and less than good but last Thursday was the final straw! We went in for lunch just to get out of the house. I had a Big Mac Meal and asked for a Large Fry and the girl said do you want a large drink? I though my and said no a small drink is fine (since you get free refills). She said we can’t do that so would you like a small drink and small fry? I looked at my wife and said no I would like a large fry please. She said what size drink I said how about a medium? She said we can’t do that. I said what?!! I was very nice and I said just give me whatever size I need to get a large fry please!! We finished our order and we go sit down. This is where it gets good! I said why we are waiting for our food and drinks I’ll get some ketchup since we can’t self serve your drinks or condiments anymore. So I go to the counter and ask this young man for a couple hands full of packets of ketchup (we love our ketchup!). So he hands me one small handful (maybe 5 packs). I said excuse me can I get another handful of ketchup? He said no we can only give you one handful. I’m already a little upset from the initial ordering incident. I said so your telling me you can’t give me two hands full of ketchup? No we can’t he said. I said ok I’ll just have my wife come back up with that make you happy? Oh we can’t give her anymore! Now I’m upset!! I went to the table and handed my wife the one handful of ketchup and went back up to the young man and said I would like some ketchup. He then walked over to his supervisor And talked to her and he came back and asks everything I had ordered?? I’m like why does it matter what I had I like extra ketchup! What did you he asked again so I told him everything I had in our two meals! By this time I was getting very upset for being interrogated over wanting some extra ketchup packs! His supervisor came over and she said what do you need I told her another handful of ketchup. She said well what did you have? I said it doesn’t matter why I had I want some more ketchup! More than the 5 packs this guy handed me! He then said sir I gave you seven packs! I said wow i didn’t know you had to count them! The supervisor asked me again what I had the RELUCTANTLY handed me another handful and I said told them both, this was ridiculous! freaking RIDICULOUS!!

I will tell this to as many people as possible and will not be eating here anymore!!

"Racially profiled"

My daughter and I are African American descent. My 17 year old daughter and I walked into McDonald's Restaurant #7411 on June 13, 2020 at 3:07pm, location 19009 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA 90503. Their contact # is, (310)370-6511. My daughter placed her order with the McDonald's Rep. The Rep. told my daughter her total for her order is, $12.92. My daughter handed the rep. a $20 bill. All of sudden the rep walked away from the register showed another co-worker the $20. When the rep. walked back to the register, I asked is there a problem. The rep said, we can't accept this $20 bill, do you have another one. I said, "Why." She said because it's a little faded, it looks like it's counterfeit, and our bank won't accept it. I said, "What, you are accusing her of providing counterfeit money just because it's faded. You have no proof that it is. This is exactly how George Floyd died. If you were so concerned about it being counterfeit you should have posted some sort of sign or put a machine in place to detect counterfeit money. This is so unfair." After that, the rep helped the next customer, which was male and looked Hispanic or Caucasian descent. The customer paid with cash, and that same rep. didn't examine his money. I said to the rep, "Why you didn't examine his money?" That same customer/male asked my daughter and I, "Why were they giving you a hard time?" I said, "They accused my daughter that her money was counterfeit, and faded, therefore they said they couldn't accept it." The customer said, "I never heard of that." I said, "I never did either." I am filing a complaint because this type of customer service is disrespectful, unfair, and considered racial profiling. I have taken a picture of the $20 bill to show proof of what was presented to the rep. as well. I will be posting my experience and complaint along with the location on all social media platforms to bring awareness to others. In light of everything that is currently going on in the world with the killing of George Floyd, Convid-19, and other recent targeted killings towards African Americans, I would've expected better treatment, but it seems things continue to stay the same. This type of treatment is never okay.

Does anyone else have this issue, is it me, or is the McDonalds app faulty? There are deals that show “expires today” and are accessible on that day, but often when the deal shows “expires tomorrow” sometimes they don’t appear on the app the next day at all, or other times they show as “expired today” but are no longer accessible. So McDonalds can you please clarify for your customers if “expires today” and “expires tomorrow” means I can access the deal on those days, otherwise what is the point of even having the deal showing up on the app???

I will never eat in your restaurants ever again and that goes for all of us anti self service people. We like face to face service when ordering meals. We like to support the teenagers who need jobs. At least when we shop in supermarkets we have an option to self serve or support people in jobs. It would be nice if you catered for everyone not just the younger phone addicts.

McDonald's Warilla NSW never ever again will I go this store absolutely appalling everytime and the management are a joke and what is sad is they get away with ripping people off.

Any good business would be receptive to feedback. But rather than appreciate my feedback Griffin was irritated and unhelpful. I was identifying a poor experience at your Urangan store- which has many poor reviews online. I was handed a cold burger & then the manager offered to microwave it for me. Along with yelling at me to ‘go elsewhere!’. I have not returned to any McDonald’s since.

I think that the cost of the family meal is too expensive. Compared to what it use to be, it has now increased by $10. We use to but two Mcfavourite boxes for our family but now the price has increased. It is now a rip-off. Never again to but McDonald’s if it stays this price.

Your not providing ppe for your employees or disinfectanting your stores. I go to your stores probably twice a week for over 40 years. But this is ridiculous will never go again
