Im so disappointed in Apple. They used to be a great company and I have been a loyal purchaser of many products over many years. We had a few problems lately and rang on line support. The consultants were very pleasant people but did not solve any issues at all - actually I believe they created issues. What sort of training is Apple giving to their staff? Does Apple even care about their customers? You cant get any help from Apple store. You are forced to ring the 13 number. I have my doubts about how qualified in Apple tech the staff are. There was no help when I went to buy a new product - pleasant staff but not helpful. Are they under company orders to get everyone sorted within "X" number of minutes.
Its a shame that a great company seems to have gone down the tube as far as customer support goes.
After clicking on an Apple update, my Mac ceased to function. Some features returned but others remain an issue. The PC is close to dying. I have been dealing with countless Case Managers and, after 14 months (!), am still waiting for a resolution. I have been deceived, lied to and am out of pocket $600+ because of Apple's contempt for customers. Amazing that head office in Sydney is NOT interested in addressing any issues such as the inconsistent advice & lengthy delay in getting my desktop replaced. I will never buy another Apple product again if this is hw they treat customers.
The worst Company to deal with especially on the phone as they send you overseas to other countries to who give you the run around. Worst Company ever.
Appalling customer service. Issues related to the purchase of an iPhone 12 with a trade in, are still unresolved a month later, despite about 20 emails from Apple (that make no sense!) & our numerous phone calls. Getting an answer to a question or trying to make an appointment with a particular person at an Apple store, is impossible as everything seems covered by “privacy reasons”! And the customer service staff need to give consistent & reliable information!! I’ve always had an iPhone but this has been an extremely frustrating & stressful experience!

Apple doesn’t care about loyalty of customers! They treat people like crap and expect to get away with it! They sell computers with old internal parts inside so these components wear out and there is not warranty left to claim! They are the bottom of the barrel at service and in store attitude! It’s all about money! Steve Jobs taught them that way! He wasn’t smart with his life he thought he knew it all but didn’t!
Couldn't fix my problem and won't do refund on my apple account which I can no longer use. Pensioners and they don't care
I bought an apple watch on the black friday where is the web site was saying that I will receive a gift card. I called to the sales support that was horrible and the person drop the call in my face.
You branch in Castle Towers is crap. Bad customer service and 18 staff standing around doing nothing. I have evidence. Get more technicians in to cover more appointments instead of having 18 staff members hang around.
