This incompetent state HR advisor should be sacked .

I heard her bragging how she will do “ anything “ to unlawfully terminate a person that Coles not longer want employed with the group .

Manufacturing evidence , or if no wittiness just make one up !

Digusting behaviour.

She also stated how Coles have over paid for her salary range and experience.

Cuganiuk is clearly not qualified for the position , she lacks a moral co pass

Manager at coles Earlwood refused to return the wrong baking soda 2 minutes after being purchased. Manager Meeran said that because of Covid Rules Coles doesn’t exchange or refund. Nothing on website that states this. Nothing in store stating that this is a condition upon entry. Appears the managers make up rules when they feel like it.

COLES DISENGENOUS FOB OFF: I WANT A REPLACEMENT!

I emailed Coles that the product I purchased (face cream) was, like all others on the shelf, in a tamper proof box. At the check out no one took it off. At home I cannot get it off. I have paid for a product I cannnot use. I emailed Coles that due to the extensive distance, COVID, my age, diagnosed mobility issues, and vulnerability on public transport I cannot take it back to the store.

I requested, given there are Coles grocery delivery trucks everywhere, that they drop off a replacement.

What was Coles reply?

A disingenuous blurb saying how 'sorry' they were the face cream did not 'meet my expectations' (i.e. knowing they prevent me using it), but of course, Coles have no responsibility so I will need to contact the producers; or return it to the store (i.e. they already know I cannot).



Coles: Please contact me and forward a replacement: you already have my contacts: Case #: C106623800.

Alternatively, further action can be taken in the media, and in programmes such as the ABC TV 7.30 Report, of Coles disadvantaging the elderly and vulnerable in COVID times.

No feedback on the results of the complaint.



Just asking if there are any steps or creative changes taken with regards to click & collect at Roxburgh Park coles.

Upon arrival mobile no. to call is off/unavailable and the other no. to call 93032600 just keep on ringing and after 3 mins. a message will say pls call again. This happened on the 17th of this month. Attached is the copy of reply from coles. I hope this is not an "automatic" reply.

An "unacceptable error" happened and this is just the reply?

Being an immunosuppresant customer passing thru the other shops before you can reach the coles desk is a greater risk to be infected with the virus.

Do you think this is acceptable? Besides I'm just asking for a feedback if there are any steps taken to avoid the repetition of this mistake on the part of coles roxburgh park.

At Coles Market town , Newcastle west ,

I was treated ver badly and I am still shocked and shaken up by the aggressive behavior of the the staff member who was looking after the self serve part . I think his name is Wayne?

At first he didn’t want me to go through the self serve because I had big shopping , it was not really big and I saw people with more shopping than mine going through and he did not talk to them.

Whenever I needed assistance he will take his time to come to assist me after making me feel bad by using self serve as he advised me by saying sarcastically what is it now ? what else ?

I lived and worked in Australia for almost 50 years and I never felt that I was discriminated against at any time except at coles Market town in Newcastle.

After this humiliating behavior of this person I decided not to continue with my shopping, talked to the manager about my issue.

The manager herself was very unprofessional instead of resolving my issue or understand my emotional abuse caused by one her staff she got upset and rude because I was putting my shopping back into the trolley calling me rude.

I had witness from couple of shoppers that they confirmed that the staff behavior would be different if the customer with blond hair and white skin.

Actually that was my feeling too . A feeling that I never ever experienced before in my life time in Australia.

It is a serious issue should be addressed by the head office and store manager.

Today on my email I had a suprise from Coles it was a survey which I did , my prize was a choise of 4 things all I had to do was pay for postage. I did that with my credit card when I looked at my Bank account I had been charged $159 .89. I am a pensioner and can't afford to lose money like this, I am very upset and don't know what to do. Is this survey from Coles or have they just used your name?

Both in store and online one cannot track Coles own brand. The products I want I cant even get online or order in, because the system disallows it. It's own brand..



Pull your finger out, and make all lines of product available online. Time delays on these lines would be expected, and accommodated by the public.

Brimbank coles I was very disappointed to see two coles staff members talking to other staff with their face masks pulled down under their chin. I would think that all staff would know the importance of not wearing a mask correctly around the public. I see lots of posters telling customers to wear their masks, maybe someone should check that staff are following the rules.

Coles 2 litres $2.85

Coles 1.25litres $2.15 upto $3.15 a bottle wtf this is bs that 1.25 costs more than a 2litre bottles. Your pricing on that is total bs. You people should get real. I like my Coke No Sugar 2litre but its getting ridiculous. Here is my Pricing Set up Suggestion for you.



COKE /COKE NO SUGAR

2 LITRE. $2.30 a bottle.



Coke /Coke No Sugar

1.25 litre $1.50



Coles would make an absolute Killing on sales. Cause people would buy more of it.

But the way it is now is a bloody joke ffs get real coles
