Hi coles ,the local coles here in bassendean perth refuses to give chicken vouchers , the main offender is Shannon in the deli shes has refused me 5 times, today she said we had to wait 20 minutes for the chickens to be cooked, the elderly lady next to me said she didnt have time to wait to that Shannon replied she is feeling intimidated and walked off, last year Shannon told me they havnt given vouchers for 6 months and no longer do it, Just wondering if shes contacted head office and told them about her policy change, is it normal for a deli worker to be able to change a coles policy, it seems she only gives them out to friends or family, it is such a nice store ,just a pity about her attitude towards this issue , can you contact the store ,i look forward to your response, thanks

Id just like to add that the time was 1230 pm on a sunday and i wont be giving a 1 star rating because coles is a good company and doesnt deserve a poor rating because of 1 individual

I just rang Coles Murwillumbah to let them know the vitamins I bought have been tampered with and the child who answered the phone couldn't have cared less. BE WARY OF DAMAGED COLES VITAMINS PLEASE.

So I go into Coles Halls Head today to find a bald guy with a beard believe to be the manager name Troy hanging around with a young female blonde oozing over it I found it quite disgusting, if this is how Coles manages their people I’m going to shop at woollies from now on it was disgusting

Coles Morphett Vale South Australia. I have shopped at this store since it opened, many years.

Shortages were acceptable during Covid but now the shortages in this store are worse than ever, Empty shelves everywhere.

the excuse from staff is people shop earlier than me therefore they empty the shelves.

I find myself doing more and more shopping at or local Foodland, they do not appear to have a problem filling their shelves.

Such a disappointment when it is my local shop luckily, we also have an Aldi in the centre.

I spent 5 years working and giving my all for this company and was treated so badly.

I was given NO notice nor any contact before ending my working contract. I found out when applying for any coles. I had transferred from one state to another where neither states would help after the new store manager did not keep to his commitment. I also was very upset to also find out that i was not paid correctly at one time for over time done. Also a mtter of i had to pay for doctors after I was injured on work site. I was also threatened my job when i need to get an ambulance for my daughter but rather i had to return to work and wait an hour before i could leave.

This is not a family friendly company to work for and they dont care for the workers they have and nor do they support them.

Also dont follow there so call union as they also dont care about yhe workers.

As CEO, under corporate manslaughter laws, you will take the fall for your managers and team members failures to adhere to Coles Code of Conduct, Appropriate Workplace Behaviour and Inclusive Workplace policies.



As your managers and team members have refused to take my formally lodged complaint of bullying, harrassment and discrimination seriously, have failed to give me any response or closure to it, have repeatedly lied in response to the specifics or the complaint and now also in my workers compensation claim, as well as retaliating with a bogus complaint of their own including threats to terminate my employment, there will be grave consequences.



I’m sure the financial penalty brought against yourself and Coles will just be small change but I will make it my mission to use every available format to publicly name and shame all parties involved as well as Coles itself. And in this day and age of social media that will encompass more than just getting in touch with a current affair etc. Especially if your managers/team members continue to break all Coles’ own disability and inclusivity policies. I will contact all disability employment and advocate groups possible and hope that Dylan Alcotts company removes their association with Coles as you are NOT the disability friendly company you want to think you are.



I urge anyone with a disability and all disability employment providers and advocates to boycott Coles not only for their shopping but also for employment. The more people with disability who commit suicide due to bullying and harassment in their workplaces the more the statistics will continue to be disastrously different compared to people without disability and the more things will never change.

Went to Coles in Maryborough yesterday got sold an old phone , took the phone tried to activate it ,wouldn't activate because it had no doubt expired , so I took it back with the reciept showed them it wouldn't activate , was told sorry were not able to give you the refund you will have to take that up with the phone provider , (on my phone that won't activate ) I left it there with the reciept . Won't be back , cost me $80 when I'm looking for a job and need my money , so COLES WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN , SHAME ON YOU SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME .
