Delivery due today. At 08.52am the tracking webpage told me my goods were 'with delivery courier'. I waited in all day. At 15.34 the tracking message read 'Delivery attempted, recipient not home.' That was an untruth. I was home all day. More, my workstation overlooks the street and no delivery truck drove up our quiet suburban street today. Phone enquiries were not answered. The consignment was from Apple so I'll be sending them a bill for wasting my time.
I have sent 5 e-mails requesting a breakdown of my invoice, no response so far.
The department is called Customer Service, but maybe it should be renamed or at least whoever is meant to be in charge should do their job.
