biggest bunch of criminals had problems with an eleite controller

was treated like shit at their holly wood store SA

ended up dealing with some tossers from head office posted my controller in was sent an email saying they cant fault it (clap clap clap)

just received it in mail today 1st thing check yes it is still faulty

just going to cut my loses now and turn to trolling

Very disappointed that I am unable to change a gift voucher I purchased for my nephew, I accidentally purchased Xbox specific, don't really understand what EB achieves by being unwilling to allow me to cancel the purchase and purchase the correct one - other that I have spent $30 on something I cannot redeem and which Ebay gains profits from. Reflects a very poor corporate image.

After the total failure of eb games payment system at the series x launch I contacted eb games headquarters on behalf of my disabled son to ask fo rsome help. I wasn't even allowed to speak to anyone about it, no-one was going to ring me back, no-one was interested. If you are disabled, well eb games doesn't give a damn.

Disgusting company who couldn’t care less about their customers and do not respond to any correspondence. Level 4 customer who will no longer shop with you in the future. I’ll shop at Big W where I can buy games cheaper

My son bought his first ever game but it wouldnt play for him so we tried to take it back when the condescending kid at the desk said the game can not be refunded because its american and illegal. Ummmm so they can sell the game to the child in the first place but wont refund because its not to Australian standards. Very confusing

Manager at ebgames midland "patrick" is his name. He refuses to help even though my xbox series x is not working after 2 weeks of use. How can someone with no brain can be a manager at ebgames.
