Trying to contact the CEO of Ford Australia, keep getting the run-around. No one in Ford Australia knows it. Purchased a new Ford Ranger Sport, as not happy with how I have been treated by the dealership.
Ford Escape for service and repair, I am paying $2500 approx. Waiting for two weeks, no definite answer at all when to get my car back. Ford Service centre can not fix Ford Escape transmission problems??? Recommending to take the car to an auto electrician after paying $2500 to Ford...its a joke..not worth it and definitely felt ripped off by Northern Rivers Ford.
Not Trustworthy at all..ripping the customers who are badly affected by floods.

There ford ranger would be the worst vehicle i have ever owned . Most unreliable and they just bandaid fix them . My 2019 model has broken down 16 times . 8 to dealer . Replaced everything from gearboxs and fuel systems . Over heated 3 time in 4 weeks . Yet they just send it out to stop again .
Bought a ford escape. So many things wrong, won't pass rego. Is dangerous but they tell me to drive till parts come in.seems ford can't get parts for cars they sell. After saving for more than seven yrs, I have a car I can't drive further than the shops. On a disab pension and always believed ford were a good reliable co. I prob don't have the time to go thru ct, prob die before that and so they will win. What a cheap ass mob, ripping off a pensioner for $9k.

Ford in Epping charge for services and products they don’t provide.
Last week I paid $3800.00 for works done on my ford rangers wheels and I had the work inspected from a third party to find most of the parts listed and paid for were not even replaced. I was clearly ripped off. I went to see them today and requested my money back was told to sit down while they get it and they called the police. (When there the criminals)
This is a shameful practice to a customer who paid around 65k on a car about 12 months ago.
Please do not trust or let them “service/repair and replace”parts because it won’t be done and you will be charged. RIPPED OFF!
I will be calling consumer affairs to report this miss justice.
