Had to give a rating of one, there is nothing less. Their call centre is in the Philippines and they will not let you speak with anyone in Australia, refused to transfer me. What is the use of speaking to someone who doesn't speak clear enough for you to understand.
This is a completely useless company. Waiting times are up to an hour with constant reminders how good and fantastic Iprimus is. Lousy service is guaranteed

The old sim card is disconnected and the new one does not work 0407307622 I need help but none is available.
Had my home phone disconnected but still have internet & dial tone, Was not advised, bill was paid. I Primus blames NBN, Rang NBN twice & they do not do disconnections, Telstra tech called around on 2nd day of outage only to find out that I Primus sent an email to do a temporary disconnection on my number & advised I Primus of this, Now nearly 2 weeks & still no phone but having to make many phone calls to I Primus to find out the status with no result, "Has been raised level 2 & back end team looking at it" the same answer all the time, will not take any responsibility for no advise or email.
