KFC

My wife and I had KFC on Monday night from the Orange Store it was disgusting the chicken was cold the potato and gravy was only gravy I rang the store and spoke to the assistant manager and he said he would only replace the potato and gravy I have written a review of this and no one has contacted me I will never get it again if this is the way they treat there customers.

Only because I can’t give you no stars. Service is really poor especially manager in DY store. Also discussed at the chicken I got in a 10 piece pack. 3 legs, 4 wings, 2 small thugs and 1 small breast and all for $21.95. 😤😤😤😤😤

Everytime I go to my local KFC at Stockland Wetherill Park outside store. There has not been a time where there isn't a issue with the order I'm so fed up with the irresponsible kids working there. I gave up on going for 3 months and today finally I want KFC. And once agen they never get the order correct and the worst thing when the lettuce are yellow not fresh. There is truly no responsibility there especially with food

cant review took my money didnt give me my food because I complained that i had been over charged. Wondering why head office doesn't have a number to call them when have a complaint last time i checked isn't taking money for a product then not being supplied with what you paid for called theft? Anyhow certainly last time i hand over any money to these corporate theives.

Pathetic but then its an American company must use the same tactics as their president steel lie, do anything just get the money who cares if illegal. Had to put ratings would have preferred a 0.

Went to kfc manly vale at 8:30pm to find no one at the drive through window. Waited 10min still no one coming although there were people in plain sight cleaning away. Obviously here they decide of they want to stop serving customers when it suit them. At least mc donalds keeps someone on the window, i know where i wont be returning to anymore

Brought dinner for two it now is 5 pieces of chicken, 1 small potato and gravy, 1 small coleslaw, 2 regular chips and 2 drinks please explain how this is meant to feed 2 people equally both my husband and myself eat 3 pieces, a small potato and gravy, small coleslaw and regular chips each this new combination does not work

Just arrived home from kfc Miranda drive through. Was great to see after spending over $50 to only receive two thirds of the food we paid for. Absolute disgrace. Won’t be going back and it’s a shame to rip people off in these current times.

Worst KFC store in Moranbah, long waiting times to get served and then long waiting times to get your order because they run out of chicken quite frequently. NEVER AGAIN..

went through the drive thru today and was overcharged on my add for 2 large sides cause apparently KFC only offers $5.95 add on either online or on some offers only (does not specify on the poster or online) and not in-store despite having poster around the store advertising the add on
