Dogswamp Yokine - WA - Staff are feral, my husband had the coleslaw that was missing from our order thrown across the counter at him by a female staff member. When he commented on her attitude in doing that she told him to GET FUCKED, which she proudly repeated. Not sure who runs the store but with rap music swearing and blaring away, a belligerent team who seem to think they are doing their customers a favour by giving them the food they pay for, I think it clear they are out of their depth. With this kind of attitude and ignorance, all the one star reviews about rude staff you would think that someone at KFC head office would take control of the culture and education of this team since the onsite managers are ineffective.
I recently complained about the disgraceful size and lack of chicken after attending a store in Clarkson WA.
I received an email saying the store would be in touch. What I received was an email from the store asking me to contact them as they stated that they'd tried numerous times to contact me which was absolutely crap.
I had no missed calls nor messages and clearly, they had my email.
I responded stating they they had made no attempt to call me so please do not insult my intelligence.
I then forwarded this to KFC HQ to show them how customers are treated when complaining of which no reply was ever received showing KFC in general just doesn't care at all.
I left a review about the store and was astounded to find countless complaints so KFC clearly doesn't address issues whatsoever.
What once was a proud company is now a joke and no wonder they are losing business.

Geelong shopping centre. Saturday 20 th may 2023. Ordered a 3 piece pack and a serve of the new mash potato balls. What i got three pieces of chicken and a pack with the potato mash potato. The serving time to get the order was 25 minutes.
Hi I am sick of it I placed a order at Moe VIC last week I ordered two drinks with my order and didn’t get them put paid for them and today I ordered large chip and didn’t get them but once again I paid for and no doubt I won’t get a response

I am visiting my daughter in Australia and twice we have been to KFC twice, one in San souchi and then Milperra. I was shocked at how dirty both places were. The floor at milperra had litter lying around, some of the chairs had bird poo on, tables had not been cleaned. The entrance to San Souchi KFC was filthy. It certainly is not a good impression for a tourist. I would hate to see the kitchen.
I wil not be going to any Kfc in the future here.

I ordered a 3 piece box & it was extremely small , some to manager at Redcliffe store, he sent an email so I could get a new box on next delivery, but the manager who was indian & extremely rude told me no way they could could give me the box unless I picked it up , if I had a car 🚗 wouldn't order delivery, he said he had never heard of this before l. Wow U need to o get ur manager's in sync I'm very duscusted by ur staff
I would like to say how disgusting it was at Kalgoorlie store I order $115 dollars of food 1st they foregot coleslaw witch not to bad we all make mistakes but took 1st bite out of zinger wrap and was a pice of plastic in it no 1 could eat meal after that fucken waste then ring up and get told we will give you a voucher for 1piece of chicken no sorry nothing so gutted by service and about the food I will be taking this further I keep the plastic and ready to publish this in places just be aware people
love my KFC but your advert company needs replacing Facebook has a lot of bad comments about the screaming child it makes my PTSD go off !!
Let’s see if head office respond - the Clarkson (WA) store is terrible - staff don’t know the difference between BBQ and Sweet n Sour Sauce, don’t know what coleslaw looks like (missing) and serve customers old and stale chips.
Try and call the number to speak to someone……… no phone is off the hook most probably from customers ordering and staff choosing what to include and what not too.
