Hermit Park TOWNSVILLE store

Well after selling out of chicken a week ago i swore i wouldn't go back. But no, i gave them another chance....Big mistake

I went through the drive through at 8.45 pm to be told there was no hot & spicy, no wings & no lettuce for the burgers.

Needless to say again we didn't purchase anything.

i would just like to say KFC obviously doesn't care a dam about their customers. I have not received a response from anyone regarding my first complaint about the store not having ANY chicken.

From the looks of all the complaints one would think you'd revisit the running of the stores.

Give KFC a big miss in Pakenham. I waited 20min to get my order from inside the store as the storage hot boxes were empty and any just cooked pieces were given to the drive through as priority over the shop people. The majority of staff were Somalian and stood around doing nothing. When I finally got served the chicken coating was falling off and the chips were only warm as they were in the serving tray for a long time. The young girl on the till called for help in taking orders. This outlet needs a good shake up as the service and food quality is a disgrace. As a Pakenham resident I will give this store a miss.

Just bought lunch over the counter at Springvale Vic store and Kamil at the countet was ttugging at his blue face mask , pulling it under his chin and back onto his face again after talking to customers . Touching of masks and then touching everthing else several times is very unsafe .

Online order made at Park ridge , still had to wait 30 min. Get home to discover missing large chips. Ring them and no answer. Check chicken and 2 wing pieces are size of a egg.... Go back next day to be told slot of scammers (got our missing chips at least) .Ridiculous park ridge, not happy at all

Terrible terrible service and food at Woodbine store! I would not recommend even going there!

I have ordered from kfc at deception bay on three occasions and the staff have either forgotten or mixed up my order like last week I ordered a two picie hot and spicy and got a two piece original and a large popcorn chicken instead of a mini popcorn chicken other instances include no popcorn chicken or missing picies of chicken or other missing food items like bread rolls or wrong money being handed back so please clean up the deception bay store

I am frustrated by the lack of customer service and lack of response I have received by KFC. I provided evidence to KFC management showing KFC customer service is failing from the executive level down to the customer facing manager however no response is received. Customer service does not exist from the executive level down.

Executive level management lack of customer service

Emails sent to the manager of customer service - Alister on the 9/4/20, 11/4/20 and again on the 16/4/20 but as at 30/5/20 NO REPLY is ever received.

Middle level management lack of customer service

I raised the issue of the lack of customer service received from the manager at KFC Coburg 3058 Vic to Sard, the customer service manager at KFC customer services. Despite advising that other apps work fine and that the Coburg manager refused to provide any customer service (despite offering to show evidence of their app failing and pay in advance for the $15 dinner pack deal) Sard's response is, 'there's nothing I can do if the app does not work (ie. no care, no responsibility and just a waste of space)' other than pass it on to the technical department', and 'it's up to the store manager to do what he wants'. Yet how does this fix my immediate problem and how is this customer service?

Lower level management lack of customer service

I called KFC Bell St Coburg North Vic branch on Tuesday 7/4/20 (or Wednesday night) at 9:45pm and ask if I can order on the phone for Easter Good Friday and am advised yes and to pre book to save on wait times before Easter Good Friday. On Thursday 09/04/20 4:30pm (approximately), I call Coburg North Vic KFC and speak to the non customer focused manager Serge who advises you can't pre-order, yet I called 1 - 2 days before and was advised I could pre order for Good Friday). Serge advises me I can only use the app (connection issues all day) or docket (don't exist on any Coles or Woolworths receipts in Victoria currently) on the day but I advise the app has had connection issues all day and his customer focused answer is, 'nothing I can do about it' and then I even offer to pre pay over the phone which is also refused, GREAT SERVICE NOT!

I have complained TWICE to KFC on their website recently regarding lukewarm chicken being sold to customers at my local KFC restaurant. All I get is a credit note to use the next time but I don't get a proper response to my complaint. Because of their poor response, I have reported them to my local council. I would have expected MUCH better from a global corporation. Perhaps complaining to the council might give them the kick up the backside that they need. Selling lukewarm chicken is a food safety issue.

This is about equal and good service to all - and not discriminating if you don't have apps etc..

I need to tell you about my phone call - I phoned to check if you have the chicken tenders 10 for $10 and the Kallangur KFC Manager X she said they will be back soon, but only if you have APP.

I told her that we don't have modern mobile phones & we not on the internet so we don't have apps. so that is in fact discrimination because we don't have 'apps' - she allegedly seemed somewhat irritated and said she is only the shift manager, she refused to give me the manager's name and told me he can't help me anyway and she refused to give me contact for the area supervisor, she saying she can't help me either and to phone head office and I asked her for a number - she took a while and came back with 1800 225 5532 which I asked her to check and she said yes but when I phoned it is said number is currently unavailable.

She did not care that we were good long time customers of KFC and the fact of my dietary choices/needs and being an aged pensioner that I only ever get the 10 for $10 chicken tenders - and just said ring head office. She allegedly didn't care at all.

Disgraceful service, disgraceful treatment of loyal customers and discrimination that I can't buy the 10 for $10 chicken tenders because I don't have my phone hooked up to the internet so haven't got their app, because I cannot afford to do so, trying to 'survive' on aged pension.

I am really disappointed and disgusted with you KFC.
