Uber Eats

Totally usless, don't waste your time here. Never have I met such a bunch of unfriendly people in my life. My company has spent over $5000 in the last 3 months on Uber and Uber Eats. Well they have lost me as a customer, there are plenty of other options available for both rides and food. They screwed up the complete order of $50+ and refunded a whole $4.30. keep the refund and use it to buy some manners. ACCOUNT DELETED NEVER WILL I USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

Trying to contact from 1week...just ending up by go to help section...like there is no option to contact...the way they are saying to do i have already done...

Sadly I am unable to give a score of zero or less. I purchased a meal with a voucher and had a temporary hold for the same amount placed on my credit card. I received an email from these clowns stating that this was NOT a charge and would be removed shortly. It hasn't and the amount of grief I have had to go thru to try and get my money back is ridiculous, AND I still have no refund from them. You cannot call anyone - there is no phone support and despite cancelling my account and deleting all my info with them all I have been offered is a "cash voucher" from them, despite me advising them that I will NEVER use any form of Uber again in my life.

I am lodging a claim with VCAT to obtain my refund plus costs.

In my opinion these people are thieves!

I've been asking for a call to discuss a payment that was from my account and don't even use uber , someone from Uber please contact me to sort this out I have wasted a lot of time on the phone and emails and still no one has contacted me , Mike 0416011616

I have sent many emails and tried over 10 times to contact Uber HO in Australia, I don't use Uber Eats but you have charged my visa , CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP, 0416011616

Service Really bad

These Indian workers they always mess up. Last week we ordered so much food that was worth up $80 and they delievered it to Southbank and we put down Truganina. And now we order food and we are missing 4 cokes and Sparkle Water. And it is Illegal to ride on footpaths for a start.

WTF!

DISGRACEFUL. SICK OF GETTING MY FOOD DELIVERED COLD. IVE BEEN UNEMPLOYED FOR 5 YEARS AND CANNOT LEAVE MY HOUSE A LOT FROM CHRONIC PAIN. WE ARE SUPPOSED TO TIP DRIVERS ETC BUT WHAT ABOUT PEOPE LIKE ME? WHAT BENEFITS DO WE GET? JUST POOR SERVICE AND NOT BE REIMBURSED. SICK OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF

I will now commence with legal proceedings, further more will be suing uber eats / Uber support as my refund as promised was not processed.



I have spoke with my legal representative / department of fair trading and they are ready to take action with this matter.
