Hello I am getting debit from my Visa card and do not know why,I pay for my fuel by card.8/11,3/12,7/12,7/12,10/12,10/12,22/12,22/12 and all $2.25 each time except 10/12. $4.25 so a total of $20 has been unauthorised deducted.do you know why?,is someone in your group doing this to customers.my phone no 0402 256 173.

Shocked and embarrassed that i went to pay for my petrol at my local Seaford store to be accused of putting in petrol twice and at first wouldn't take my payment ,told him to check the cameras, and explained exactly what i did to put in petrol in my car ,only then did he take payment. I wasted 10 mins for him to check cameras between customers, which he did. Expained myself over and over, for him to say he is not sure Only apologised when i told him i would be contacting head office, He then informed me glitch in the system. Totally unnecessary harrasment of a innocent regular customer.

My husband and I live in South Gippsland approximately 200kms from Melbourne. I have a medical condition that requires us to travel to Melbourne regularly up to 20-25 times per year. We first went to the United Service Station in Tooradin, Victoria when it was in the process of been revamped and re-opened. The toilet facilities were absolutely disgusting and the second time still in the same state. We stopped going to this Service Station for several years. Recently we decided to give it one more visit to see if things had improved. My husband used the toilet facilities and returned to advise me we would be going to the local public on the foreshore because the toilets were in exactly the same conditions as originally. His words were " It looks like nobody has cleaned the facilities ever as they are in exactly the same state". Doesn't anybody from Head Office ever go around and inspect the various Service Stations and look at them as if they were actually customers. We will not be returning ever again

The Adelaide Airport United Fuel station is an embarrassment. It’s the first and last fuel stop for Interstate and overseas travelers. All rubbish bins full and overflowing rubbish on the ground, Pumps are filthy, and there hasn’t been compressed air hose for tyres for months. Rating is zero.

I would like to report we stopped toget fuel at Brighton Tas. tried to pump up our tyres and succeeded in flattening one on our van. We reported it and a nice man from the service station came out and found that the hose had been cut and directed us to the truck area and we solved the problem.. this was 23rd Jan.. Our daughter travelling by herself had the same problem on her small car and drove to the north coast eith underinflated tyres...please can someone either fix the air pump or put an out of order sign on it... it is dangerous to motorists. Thank you

We do regular Bruce Highway travelling and stop at Gunalda United Service Station for a rest stop and food. On Friday the 11-12-20 a group of us entered the store only to find they hadn’t ordered the coffee beans and was offered hot chocolate or cold drinks, we purchased food decided to sit outside only to find every table had NOT been wiped down and the seats dotted with bird droppings. On Saturday 12-12-30 we once again stopped only to find the eating area in the unacceptable state. As this is our preferred stopping point we find this below standard as it is usually well kept.

United employes their own people and pays them less than the approved wage. they take shifts off Australian staff and have Indian staff take over their shifts . They mistreat their Australian staff and talk to them like they are there to serve them . They are abusive to their staff and threatening , don’t work for them

United Service station/Caravan Park

Wow! What a joke this park is. With the permanents in Unit 12 and 10 being feral grubs dealing drugs and promoting prostitution to Mental health coming to the Unit 12 every week because of the drugo guy threatening suicide. Never any toilet due to unit 12 stealing it for there dog shit in the unit. Dog shit everywhere in the park! Owners of the dogs just laugh as they shit near your camp. Reported this to the owner in thinking he would do something about th situation. Nothing was ever done..

Other side of the parks lives a worker from the service station (Michael) with his family of 3 babies and defacto. . His place looks like a bump with trash everywhere and several old rusted cars. Toilet and shower dirty with never any toilet paper and dirty nappies on the floor.
