They should get no stars. I went after my 3 hundred mile work night and stopped at my 7 11 to fill up usually 40 bucks and was gonna get a sandwich. I ask the shelf says 5.99 but you marked then almost 7 bucks. Then tells me how he don't care what the shelf said. Food is priced deal with it. I will I am taking my 250 bucks in gas a week and going else where. This was Crestline Oh.
7/11 are a horrible investment. If you dare to make money from a store you should expect their head office to open a store right opposite you. Disgraceful organisation, to anyone considering buying one, JUST DONT!
Abysmal. 2 DAYS calling and getting no help or incorrect advise. Called complaints and advised they could not help and advised number and option to use which I advised I had already. They then transferred me and again was put through to collection who could not help. Literally 1 person out of 10 was helpful and knew what they were doing
Hello, I drove into my local 7-11 on Tuesday 8.6.2021 about 4 ish which is situated in Holt Australian Capital Territory. Your employee working on the consel inside, did not activate the pump & walked out to me, saying you have a broken front number plate, my response was " I know" they are on order as they are perspex personalised plates. I found it a bit bizarre he was asking the question,. He the proceeded ask me to go in and pay for my petrol before I pumped it into the car, he then again said it is because of your plate, my response was " you must be kidding", take a look at my back plate. It was insinuated that I was going to steal the petrol!!!! I was absolutely disgusted as I am a 65 year old woman, surely your staff can decipher between someone who looks like a runner or an aged person. I refused to go in and pay before I filled. I found this very humilitating in front of other customers as I felt like a theif! I have gone to this Petrol station in Holt for years & I will certainely NOT return.
