I picked up a number of ordered items for a bathroom reno - then discovered one item they gave me was the wrong item, and another item was faulty. Hence another visit to Reece - to get the correct item, plus was told a replacement for the faulty item would be ordered. Then another visit to Reece to pick up the replacement for the faulty item. It was faulty too - hence another visit to Reece. The apologetic sales rep then sourced another replacement from another branch who supposedly inspected it and considered it appropriate quality, but when the local sales rep received the item from the other branch, they considered the item was problematic. So, the item is now on backorder with no indication of delivery date - leaving me with an unfinished bathroom reno. To switch to another product would involve demolishing and resizing part of a wall, retiling etc etc. The sales rep is trying to remedy the situation by sourcing the item, but apart from that, I agree with 'Reece Hater' - absolute worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company.
Customer service was terrible. Poor communication. Not kept updated with delays in supply. Management unable to offer solutions.
If I could give it 0 I would. It was the absolute worst experience I've had trying to purchase bathroomware from rude obnoxious staff with no patience for customers. They don't deserve the business and I didnt give it to them. I gave my $25k of business to Highgrove Bathrooms who were amazing. Don't allow bad customer service to be the norm in Australia.
Fairly extensive range of good quality, well price bathroom furnishings & hardware. The staff were very friendIy & helpful without hassling - I found the staff very knowledgeable.
