Please stop the hideous adds on television. Pity I couldn’t give your ads a minus rating.
Went to East Maitland store this morning to speak to managerToday about a Rude Checkout Operator incident last week .
Manager Darren told me “he couldn’t less .”
Great customer service ....., I asked who was the National operations manager said “he didn’t know and couldn’t care “
I asked who does he answer to he said a guy named Josh , I asked for surname of a Josh he said “not going to tell me “.
What sort of customer service do these people receive.
The Title of Manager is obviously thrown around too easy
Answer would probably be none at all or doesn’t Aldi pay them enough to get good people ?
Hey Anna McGrath contact me I would like to Talk to you .
I was astounded at this guys attitude.
All I can say is they are scraping the bottom of the Barrel if that’s Aldis answer to a Store Manager .
Would give no Rating if I could .
Tried to purchase the 7l washing machine and the dryer. First i was told i was too early, the dale fidnt start til two days time. Went back then and was told there were no washing machines or dryers as the store only got 2 and no stores had any as they were very limited. What the hell? Why advertise them? Head office us also useless. No one responds. Same lame message to use online which just takes you round in circles. Never shopping there again.
Why did Aldi take away the screen protection . Health and safety for all your staff should be paramount. Even without covid it protects staff from customers with the flu. Would have cost you nothing to leave them where they were. Disgraceful act
ALDI ask me to pay for staff misconduct and assault
Chriminal behaviour
On Saturday 8th October I attended Aldi Young to find the store chaotic, it was extremely busy. All but 2 staff were new and had little knowledge of the system.
My husband had gone in at 8.30am to buy the vacuum cleaner that was on special and was told there hadn't been time to put them out and to comoe back later. I was in the store at 11am and seeing none in the store asked Trent Cameron who was the acting manager cold he get one for me, I was yelled at and told to come back afer lunch, I asked if he could be me one again and he yelled NO. I asked him not to speak to me in that manner and asked for his name, he again yelled 'I don't have to tell you my name', thankfully another customer knew his name and followed me and told me. Clearly there needs to be some staff training in customer service; Mr Cameron's manner was extremely offensive and needs to be addressed. As well there needs to be a facility for customers to give verbal feedback and discuss matters with people in your management team.
I was a Loyal customer of 15 yrs. I've made the big move back to Coles and Woolies. Why I go to my local Aldi Murray Bridge. There's no stock every time i go in for basic food there's no stock, Staff are fantastic. Sad Aldi isn't. I'm not interested in your special buys. I shopped there because of your everyday products that you don't have. Ps try having a call center that people can talk to. Ring your number to complain pointless. I can ring Coles Woolies Drakes. Not Aldi. Pissed off
My review is a here to warn others of the disgustng way I got ripped with your online expert . Joined for $ 2 & but had $41 taken from my card . I want Reimbursement as i constantly said I do not require a Lawyer . But your service took the money .. Disgusting behaviour how many others has this happened to ?
Cannot believe the rudeness of the manager in the GOLDEN GROVE store in SA yesterday. Unlike most Aldis managers, she is always unfriendly and will not reply if you say anything to her. She actually spoke to me yesterday, upbraiding me for returning the 3rd or 4th lot of bananas that had gone from green to brown before turning yellow, in an extremely short time, fit to only throw out really. I have found before, that some of their bananas go almost soft when still green. And there she was, rebuking me - she repeated 4-5 times I shouldn't buy them then……not to return any more (they were returned months apart, not weeks apart). She preceeded to tell me she will inform all "her" managers 4x and then went to repeat it all again and I stopped her, saying "you only have to say you won't accept returns once, that is enough" and to keep repeating she would tell All Her Workers was so offensive and unnecessary, not to mention insinuating I would keep coming in with them. Appalling behaviour that totally lacks in public relations. How come Aldis put someone like that in management and how has she lasted there so long, when you hear the nasty mouth on her? Not to mention some of "her staff" are frightened of her. Once again, she never cares to answer you if you say hello to her, whatever. What's her problem, that she show herself so unfriendly and discourteous? Is Aldis aware of any of this and employs her anyway? ALL the staff used to be so helpful and friendly. It was the best Aldis in the area.
