I went to the store 28-08-2020 Wednesday approx 30th to enter the store, one of your employees stopped the line at approx 25 people even though there is a sign saying maximium number in store 75.

I wanted to buy the smartwatch $39.99.

Before I was allowed to enter 1 person walked out with the smartwatch he had purchased, when I got into the store I asked an employee where they were she said at the register so I went there and asked for 1 she they had all gone.

I asked how many did they have 3 times she would not answer finally she said to ask the manager, when I did the manager how many did they have she said a box full.

What she said was an absolute lie, I only saw 1 person with one, so either the staff hid the rest for themselves or friends or it was as I stated a lie.

Why are your catalogues outlay designed to discriminate against the people of the Middle East. By this I mean upside down & back to front printing! Some of us start flicking through catalogues from right to left but are unable to do so with your catalogue because then it’s upside down. Just saying, it’s not fair! Why is it half/half printing. Stupid idea.

I cannot believe there is no other option to put in a covid compliancy complaint except by mail... i will be contacting the police as to what i witnessed in an aldi store today, where a Chinese man who was not shopping was boldly walking around the store without a mask and coughing over and picking items up "deliberately". WE ARE ALL IN LOCKDOWN IN MELBOURNE SO THIS IS A DISGRACE. Aldi.... you are a disgrace for not escorting this germ spreader out of the store even after myself and 2 other shoppers reported this to one of the staff and it fell on deaf ears, he was allowed to keep walking around the store.

I have been Aldi's customer for many years and I did love your products. I never had any issues with Aldi or any other store until today.

I went to your Craigieburn 3064 Victoria store today for usual shopping. When I reached the counter, your staff named Pragati who stood up to check my two other bags in trolley from different store and I am aware it is a part of your process and which is fair enough and completely understandable.

She stood there and very loudly in high pitch said 'Open the bag'. One was wide open and other wasn't.

I said politely please feel free to check. She said again loudly ' you open the bag' not me'. There were many people standing there watching. I said if you want to check then you open and don't talk to me in this tone. She didn't have the courtesy to use words like 'please'. Her tone was out of control. Anyways she opened grumbling and gave me angry look and mumbled under mask. I said what are you saying and she said in very angry tone ' this is not my problem'. I didn't see it going anywhere so I requested for manager and this guy Joel came who was trainee manager and asked her what happened.

Infront of everyone she again in high pitch said ' she refused to show the bags'. Joel without even giving me a chance to speak or listening to me said 'Didnt you see a board there'? I said but that's what not happened. I don't have any issues with you checking bags. It is her tone and attitude she is kind of ordering me. Bags are lying on trolley she can check as may like. Infact Joel kept talking over me and said ' Iam done, please leave the store now'. The moment I thought this lady Pragati was worst but Joel showed no.

The whole scene was created out of nothing. Joel didn't even take me at side and tried to listen to me but carried on supporting his employee who was clearly not speaking the whole truth. Joel somehow had even the worst attitude than her. I was actually shocked how the whole thing was handled.

How about keeping the pitch low and using the basic skills and manners like 'please'. No where I would refuse for any of the normal procedure as I am aware I cannot as you have the full right and I am sure there are reasons for it.

Instead of fixing her attitude and tone he was on the same side and I felt gutted. He didn't even have any decency to take me to the side and talk not doing Infront of other people. At the end he had the audacity to say he is done and leave after completely mishandling the whole thing.

To worst there is no phone number to talk about it hence no closure but you lost a customer.
